Hubspot is a foundational tool that acts as a great assistant

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hubspot is how it supports you in every step of your sales cycle, from outreach to close.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful in Hubspot is that it can sometimes feel slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I have seen significant benefits through the use of tracking correspondence. I also love the ease of sequencing and outreach. HubSpot's contact list is so much easier than some other CRM. The sales analytics are so valuable and accurate.

Decent Marketing Automation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface better than other tools we use. The meeting scheduling feature is intuitive and straightforward. The reporting functions are so much better than Salesforce. We can follow lead performance from early stages to opportunity creation. Using this tool has really increased our effectiveness in lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with other 3rd party tools is not as well developed as I would like. It's still missing integrations with Outreach, which is an essential part of our tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to mature as an organization. We have not done a good job of being consistent with nurture campaigns or marketing outreach. Hubspot has helped us level up when it comes to that kind of thing. The tracking and reporting is also next level for us.

We have seen an almost immediate increase in new leads and can modify and improve campaigns quickly. This has added a lot of value for our sales org.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have recommendations for new users as I am using Hubspot for very narrow purposes. To me it was easy to learn, so I don't feel there was any difficulty in getting started with the tool.

Be nice to just use that and not Gmail as well the calendar link should give you more options

None everything was clear and easy to use love the data

Great to use in staffing due to a lot of changes in staffing you will never miss a candidate thanks to HUB

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides us with a precise and, at the same time, flexible tags and structure that let us categorize our leads and customers as well as to define our marketing and sales campaigns. New features make navigation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to use lists to combine contacts and companies filters. Lists take a long time to charge the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot lets us have a clear and quick vision on how we are performing and growing our business

What do you like best about the product?
Sales templates for pre-written emails that can easily be customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personalizing the CRM view a bit more would be helpful but overall big fan of all of it!

No problems just yet! Benefits include so many great tools to personalize the experience and interactions with others.

Amazing Hubspot and Very Usable with paperless reports

What do you like best about the product?
Saving contacts and details of clients, also have notes features
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I dint have any complaints about the hubspot.

Somethimes I have a problems to myself that I am not taking notes, but with hubspot its a paperless, anytimeand anywhere I can check always.

What do you like best about the product?
It has saved me so much time with my outreach to clients. With tools such as "sequences," I can send scheduled emails to prospective clients, and it saves me the faff of having to ensure I'm getting back to clients manually. There is also the added function of uploading documents and tracking whether they have been seen and for how long, which is useful when following up with clients. It also excels as a database to keep track of all client comms. All in all, I think the best way to describe the platform is "Simple, Efficient & Effective".
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I'm very satisfied with the platform. Perhaps an area of improvement would be the ability to customize certain functions within the platform, e.g., bulk-enrolling contacts into a sequence & also integrations with other platforms such as LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to spend time on admin and there is an efficiently laid out sales pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, if you're looking for something that would save you time with your sales outreach- Hubspot is the solution.

Ideal for limited purposes

What do you like best about the product?
All the options related to a contact or company are visible on a single screen without searching for it much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Replies to an email sent are not recorded very efficiently in the system. Moreover, I have to go back to Gmail and reply which dismisses tracking the email thread, when someone else is going through the contact. Plus, when there is a form submission, I cannot track if it belongs to my current database or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Reaching out to prospects via email is my main motto of using the platform
2. Creating leads that stay in the system is another job that I primarily perform

Try a demo before using the solution, to understand if it meets your needs and your pocket

What do you like best about the product?
One feature that I didn't use that much before was the extension on the browser tab. Once I realized what I could do, it helped massively in generating sales. I like that you can see when someone opens up an email, clicks on a link in the email and how many times they have done it. That way, you can understand the accounts that are worth contacting.

A new feature which I really enjoy is when the accounts change colour when they have been inactive for a certain amount of time. With it also stating how long they have been inactive for. This way we can know which client is worth reaching out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you are viewing the board in a certain way, you can only scroll down 100 accounts which can make it quite challenging to get an excellent visual overview of where they are in the pipeline.

Another aspect that I dislike is that we don't have more options on the send button to schedule follow ups. At the moment it is 3 days and 5 days (I am aware we can create custom ones but it would be good to have different days available within the email button itself. This would help in reducing the time and having to go to the account and put in thte tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we are saving a lot of time using Hubspot; all of the information for each account can be accessed very quickly, with an overview of all the contacts, notes, and potential tasks that need to be complete. We are also becoming more efficient in our outreach, using templates and sequences. The team here all have their templates, and over the month, we can then see which one has done best. Meaning our open rates are increasing, and we are utilizing our time much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise that this is for someone or a team looking to become more efficient and streamlined in their work. If your team and the business are growing fast, Hubspot is the right tool to use. You can collate everything all in one place. From a management perspective, you can also see how the business is performing regarding revenue and team activity. This way, you can see what is going well and what can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I can adapt to my needs & it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most parts of HubSpot can be adapted to fit your requirements, there are a few settings I would like to be able to change. EG, I would like to be able to personalise the date settings for reminders. However, HubSpot is constantly evolving & takes feedback, so I'm sure this will change in the future. All of my previous un-met needs were resolved by HubSpot's lovely support staff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running contacts through a sequence rather than manually emailing a template has saved our company so much time! I also love the task setting & how easy it is to visualise my workload at the start of each day. Even being able to pin notes to the top of an account is a lifesaver, meaning important information is easy to scan when looking at an account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best CRM I've used since I started working in sales! Great for a growing company as your HubSpot account will grow with you.
