Love it! Made my life so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is so easy to use and easily adaptable to suit our business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to do repeat tasks easily without having to manually add them to each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to do follows up with ease and set up reminders - I absolutely love this system!

What do you like best about the product?
In my case, sequences are the most helpful tool I have. It helps get my work done faster, in a constructive and automized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone hasn't explored much, you will encounter emails not being sent because there's a low engagement relationship with a client. I would love to have that easily shown, so I don't experience any losses in between.

Streamlining our prospecting efforts
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's modular yet lean and flexible model has been instrumental in helping us streamline our prospecting efforts. Templates and snippets are not only helpful in speeding up and structuring our efforts but can also contribute to sharing best practices with other marketing and sales colleagues within the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the service hub is the least used functionality, at least from a sales and marketing perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us tremendously with pipeline visibility and more practically following up - diligently - on all active opportunities in the pipeline. This is where I start my day

The content is very clear and the settings easy to set and is very oriented to my tasks on my day to day

It would be much appreciated if in sequences I will have the opportunity to create filters to be able to segment more accurately

My organization on tasks became more efficient and I know exactly what do I have to do

Easy to organize leads, and an excellent deals view. Further, the dashboards and analytics are very insightful.

Somewhat frequent disruptions or bugs recently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have a CRM which is able to manage almost every aspect of our interactions with customers and suppliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many glitches and issues with HubSpot and sometimes it seems like there is a new issue every day.

Keeping all our customer interactions in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that Hubspot is providing to make it possible to have different lifecycle stages that you can divide your work into different categories. Also you can create hundreds of unique templates for each customer group to make your work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope you guys have an automation system to create an emailing loop with our selected customers. I can't say dislike but I find it kind of hard on the settings page and adding new templates to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can add multiple email templates to the system, and help us to categorize our customers, so it will be so easy to track our customer's processes. Also you can assign different team members for different sales projects making them deal owners and still be able to track their work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really appreciate all the work you guys do, even I am receiving an email from Hubspot team to help us to use all the tools that they are providing, thank you so much.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports in Hubspot are clear to use. Furthermore, the system is reliable and works quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, we are happy with the elements we can do in Hubspot - we are not missing anything.

We have a clear overview of all our prospects, clients. There are many filters that you can use to segment the prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is very easy to locate contacts and businesses to firstly highlight that contact that we have had with them. But also it stores all of the information of where the business is currently at in Workflows and also records the sales all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is that when you are in a company and you have put certain contacts in a workflow, I would like for it all to be shown in the main companies activity, this would save time instead of going into each individual contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact, I have joined the business around 6 months ago now and the sales exec who was here before me was in contact with a lot of studios. It is good to see all the contact that he made due to the link with his email. However the biggest time saver is the workflows, I was previously having to send emails manually therefore having to put the contacts into the workflows has saved me so much time and effort which can be spent elsewhere.

Very user-friendly, and I love the customer support. I like that I can see my email history and leave notes as reminders; I love all the features and the ability to track my deal stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like about the system.
