What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily send sequences to B2B contacts and organize lead information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the left hand menu is sometimes not intuitive on where things live. Since we have multiple users in a company, want the ability to sort notes, tasks and meetings by person

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of the hubs can connect for an inclusive experience and you can record all customer comms, emails, etc in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views that have to be customized instead of being able to push out to everyone (contacts, companies, etc)

HubSpot gets customer information and comms out of email and into one consolidated place.

Lots of customization options so I can view my deals in various ways to get the quickest insight on next steps and closing

I find some of the reporting to be limited and rigid

I liked the most about the tracking sales1-1 emails, sequences outreach and reporting nice feature to get integrate with Gsuite workspace, Apollo, Seamless.ai and many more tools to make process easy.

Great feature along with many benefits, I and my team always worried about high pricing.

Sales hub solving across the team:
SDRs are doing outreach in day to day basis and superb helpful to real-time track each of emails, do follow up accordingly using sequences and call logs.
Marketers are able to manage report as well as SDRs activity and performance, also running campaigns for upcoming events, webinar and etc.
Sales hub made us focused to stay updated with features, deals faster and adjusting quickly to get better performance and results.

Very expensive CRM for your sales team

Lots of functionality around customizing interface, automating workflows

Very expensive and you're constantly being sold to while an existing client.

Customer rolodex, tracking interactions and the opportunity.
Mostly good. Duplicates are a frustration

What do you like best about the product?
How straightforward it is. I get so much support for everything I'm confused by, which is very little because of how simple it is to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of stuff locked behind a paywall. Can be a little frustrating.

It helps solve organizational problems that we have and keeps us on track of meetings and tasks.
