Everything in one space

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is that everything is in one space. It's easy for cross-team functionality and tracking, so anyone and everyone on time is kept in the loop. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used a variety of CRM tools, and this one is pretty solid. The only complaint I have is the appearance is a little basic, but that's personal preference more than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I've realized is all the activity is logged under that specific contact. Whether marketing, support, or sales communicate with the client, we all know what was said and what is important to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The part where I do not have to create the company page separately as it automatically creates it by domain in the email address is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature of logging meeting and to some extend sales report is not up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time with all automation like bulk uploads, automatic company page creation, daily work reports and others. The integrations with other platforms/social sites is good part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best CRMs in the community. It gives value for money, and it is effective in the sales process. I would recommend this product to all sales reps out there.

Hubspot CRM is like a Friendly Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives me nearly limitless functionality, but it's easy enough to use that I can even explain it to the sales team :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a 'hub' dedicated to Customer/Client Success -- but in my time using Hubspot their team and user message boards have been very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a SaaS Sales pipeline from top to bottom of the funnel.
Managing win/loss codes.
Extracting valuable data from our day-to-day operations.
Sharing information easily across the company via Hubspot reports and Slack integrations.
Calculating CLV, ARR, MRR, Churn, Win Ratios, Email Opens, Best Time To Send Email, and way more.
After working with Salesforce at previous companies -- this CRM is able to provide all the data I need for a Sales Team/Success Team and we don't need to route every request through an Admin.

What do you like best about the product?
Its more streamlined and allows the user to have more control while have a simple interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike so far is the import feature. Although it takes in a good amount of data, there are still a lot of things that I need to change manually, which make for more admin

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of things. There are lots of great tools that I can take advantage of. I really like being able to see the tasks that I have assigned to myself to make sure that I do not forget anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and the website isn't responsive. There is limited marketing analytics, and the template format won't allow me to insert a photo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is my time management and organization. With the use of the Tasks function and a grid view of assigned deals under the sales tab, I can accurately see which deals I need to spend more time on.

What do you like best about the product?
As an accelerator, Data is at the heart of everything we do, and fuels every decision we make on creating programs for our StartUP clients. Having used Hubspot Sales Hub to manage our portfolio, we also recommend it to our 200 annual clients and have seen firsthand the benefit Hubspot provides across industries. The sequencing and automation can turn a 2 person startup into a team that feels like 10 in just a few hours of setup, and the task management and deal flow dashboards help our largest companies manage their teams and create a deeper level of collaboration between their workforce. We even have B2C clients using it to replace several of their systems, with Marketing hub creating a huge value VS competitors who only run email marketing campaigns.

Beyond the software itself, the Hubspot Academy and Blogs provide incredible resources for our clients (and staff!)
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, aside from the occasional data outage, or inconveniently timed system maintenance that requires longer search or export times than usual, The system really is one of the most user-friendly software suites we've ever used. Having worked with several other CRM's throughout my career, Hubspot by far is one of the most enjoyable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage client relationships, as well as track data specific to our programs. The best part for us is how customizable all the properties, reports, and filters are. Even though we are using the system outside of the realm of sales, we've been able to tailor it to meet our exact needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to the sales team, and get some information directly from them. Also browse through all the resources, articles, blogs and information available through hubspot. i can't even begin to express how valuable their templates and tools have been for us and every client we've introduced to the platform.

Lifelong Salesforce user adopts HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it so simple and straighforward to to customize the program to fit the needs of any size and type of company. I just started at a new company 60 days ago that utilizes Hubspot, I was able to jump in and feel as if I had basic competencies at the end of day 1. The ability to tag people in comments creates a sales and CRM system that is simple and means you do not need to leave HubSpot to get your work done in the most efficient manor possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any features or functionality that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency of data is our #1 issue to solve; we needed real-time data that could be reviewed and updated on the fly. During our sales meetings, we utilize the dashboards feature to help find new or missed opportunities. We have spent a lot of time and effort on building out new sequences and running campaigns to see if, by changing one aspect, we can get more looks, more engagement et!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of it and that there are so many tools that we can use to make our job easier, such as the templates and how they are automatically attached to my email. I also like that everything is all on one page making everything easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used many CRM databases before, but there is not anything that I can think of that I dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me stay on track with all of our new leads that apply on Indeed. Hubspot makes it easy to filter my own leads and reach out to those that have not been contacted yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot has modules for marketing, sales, and customer service. All information for a customer or prospect is stored in one place, making it easy to see what has been done for the customer/prospect in one place. You can see all the emails, meetings, tasked and even recorded phone conversations. This really takes all the guess work out of what has happened with a customer/prospect. And, there's a mobile addition to use when you are on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Just keep coming up with new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps to keep all my contacts and connections organized in one place. I send a lot of emails, really like the fact HubSpot gives you immediate feedback on emails. Also it is very easy to import contact information, establish mailing lists, and scheduling emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a very intuitive, online CRM that would work for any organization. You can very quickly load information and get started using it.
