We're solving the issue of scaling our business up - with Hubspot at the center, we've been able to increase our output and overall efficiency without increasing costs

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a SalesForce background, I was apprehensive about a new CRM tool. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I find it much more user-friendly and much easier to navigate. I particularly like how tasks are presented and how easy it is to complete and mark them complete. Overall, I do like HS over SFDC. (These are the only CRMs I have used in quite a while.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything major, but I would like another window to open when a contact is clicked to not have to click the back button. (I know. First World problems. LOL) I am sure there is an option in there for this to happen- I just haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts and successes
Monitoring activity
The Help option is particularly useful.

Revolutionizing How Sales Connects With Prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create customized templates in HubSpot and reach out to my prospects with a personal touch. I can research prospects, add unique information in HubSpot then at a click of a button enroll them in an automated personalized sales experience that does that rest for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the other big names in the industry, HubSpot has very few downsides. Sometimes there are formating errors when sending an email directly through HubSpot as opposed to sending it through Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects respond the best with personalized emails and meaningful follow-ups. HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to do both. I can enroll them in email sequences to nurture my prospects until they are ready to talk and I can also follow up with them based on their click activity from emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just fix some formating errors when sending emails

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity - it is very easy to use but is lacking some tools that could really save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is missing functions such as mass text, more advanced sequencing, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me follow up with sales leads and keep trac of them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use, and I enjoy the courses they provide to help me in my sales role.

Sometimes it doesn't update quickly enough

We organize sales leads using HubSpot, it is very easy to use and the benefits help me in my job and preformance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a lot of times where there is a notification saying that there are technical difficulties which is annoying when it happens a lot.

Best CRM Interface

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the Hubspot user interface- easy and efficient. Everything from templates to sequences were smooth and easy to operate for every member on the team. Additionally, enriching the CRM through contact details and deals was a flawless experience. Hubspot's activity dashboard was a super helpful tool too!
What do you dislike about the product?
In some sense, the automated contact creation and logging feature on hubspot was slightly inefficient- we had trouble organising the contacts generated automatically from sign-ups on our site. But that's about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a full service cost-efficient CRM and Hubspot Sales Hub is able to give us a platform for the entire team to thrive. My colleagues have been able to adjust to Hubspot despite having little to no experience using a CRM simply due to the simple user interface and tutorial/instructional options available.

Quick CRM for anybody, anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is the mobile app integration because I can work my accounts from anywhere. I also like the speed, ease, user-friendly interface, Reporting & custom dashboards. The ability to easily add Companies & Contacts makes my life easier. The Calling feature saves so much time punching in phone numbers, and I love calling from my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think changes happen without much of a heads-up or warning. Uptime is not always 100%. Things are changing and growing on the HubSpot side, which is suitable for the product in the end. Personally, I wish HubSpot had more capability to filter & sort non-numerical lists. I wouldn't say I like having to scroll over on screens or dragging and dropping items in Lists. I think Hubspot can drastically improve the site speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing client lists and prioritizing deals effectively through various stages. We have realized that Hubspot makes it faster to have detailed info on clients and prospects, with a significant benefit in the ability to work anywhere, use templates, and put in sequences to move with more efficiency.

Great Way to Keep Those Relationships Going

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized it is, as far as keeping up with how long ago you've reached out to prospects. I love the idea of sequences, so it takes care of the work for you at the moment or down the road. It keeps me on my toes and also helps me focus on what's to come, what not to forget, how to categorize, keep track of current and upcoming deals. One of my favorite things it allows me to do is track emails, which is very helpful when having to go back or to even make sure the recipient actually received the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't really care for is the notifications for the email tracking of someone opening emails because it can be misunderstood if the wrong IP address is not blocked. I also wish there was more room for multiple phone numbers for clients rather than just one that is provided with the company. It's good to have options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have constantly been getting reminders rather than having to keep up with them myself, as well as keeping important people prioritized for when to reach out or follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is training and great support that will help with whatever questions you may have. The support is there to support you in succeeding.
