Easy tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for customers to book for times that work best for them.

Not being able to pick specific days for specific types of customers.

Easy booking links. Easy way for clients to schedule meetings on their time.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot sales hub is quite an impressive tool for all your sales needs. The UI and the information it shows are simple and to the point without cluttering your space or displaying unnecessary data. Do you want to see your clients list for a particular business? Do you want to keep track of all your client emails? Do you want to filter your deal card per region for upcoming orders? Whatever it is your need, HubSpot makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I dislike, it's that there are sometimes orange alerts at the top which do not go away after clicking the X button, and they would pop up again if when you refresh the page. Although this does not happen too often, but it can get a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it's solving is having all the necessary client lists and dashboards consolidated under a single easy to use interface. When dealing with multiple orders and people either through email or phone, the ability to track and note down information on all interactions and keep a history of those contacts is a great benefit to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's always best to compare all the available sales platforms to find the one that suits your need, but if you've heard good things about HubSpot, let me tell you that they are all true and more. I highly recommend this platform.

HubSpot Sales Hub is an excellent and cost effective CRM solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface with advanced features as needed. Excellent support.

I wish more advanced features came with the base solution.

Contact support, sales pipeline, and follow-up all in one place. Excellent templates as well.

Sometimes it's hard to associate some communicates register with our customers.

All my team can see wherever they want with the proper permission

I enjoy using high-level reporting, and we've utilized round-robin meeting links to operationalize our selling process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes challenging to get specific measurements (for instance, full-channel conversion or exact sales conversion rates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to scale our sales team from 0-10 relatively quickly. I like the overview and ease of using the meetings tools or reporting.

SalesHub helps you to save a lot of time while gaining valuable customer insights

An extra integration for gmail on phone would be gamechanging so all can be done from one app as it is for the desktop version! Besides that, nothing I would change.

Scheduling meetings with clients can be a hassle, easily share a link to your calendar and it's done.
Insights on how customers engage with your content is amazing.
Automatic follow-up reminders are a huge asset as well.
Mainly I have been able to save a lot of time, also with template emails which can contain personalization to some extend

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always start from your needs. Might be more efficient when using G Suite rather than Outlook but just try it out. I would always give it a chance, but only when you are 100% committed to testing it deeply.
HubSpot is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for the first time since I started my new role four months ago. I have loved it as a CRM tool to track my activities on my different accounts. I also enjoy its integration with Gmail, which makes booking meetings very seamless. I continue to learn the additional features of the tool as I keep using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has many features that I have not used or integrated into my workflow yet. I continue to learn every day, but I would like to be using the tool more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized spot for all the activities I perform to manage my customer accounts as a salesperson. I continue to leverage additional features of the tool as I keep learning about them.
