Very easy to use and super useful
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything I need for sales is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management - I wish there was easier ways to take actions for multiple contacts/deals

Organizing all sales outreach. I've realized the benefits of customizing a platform to our company for sales.
It has been a great tool for our organization. The only thing that I would improve is how it looks.
What do you like best about the product?
The way is connected with other tools. Specially with Gmail

The face out. there is room for improvement. More appealing and easier to follow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The info is always there, It does not matter if someone leaves the company since the new employee can go and check all the history of each lead and deal.

website interface sometime can be clunky

I'm able to track and log all of my communications from calls and emails to notes then to reports of sales
Hubspot has been a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible for the cost of service. We have not run into anything it cannot perform to organize our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most intuitive system to work through... Sometimes takes time to find which function will accomplish what you want.

We use HubSpot to perform customer organization, tracking of leads, and email tracking.
Easy to Navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation around the CRM is super easy and convenient! I enjoy creating my own email templates and being able to organize them in their own folders- adding and adjusting hyperlinks are great for lead engagement. I love the different options to view your pipeline, such a great resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HS runs slow, do not like the SalesMsg integration (That is a Salesmsg issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different dashboards, I am able to quickly send out large amounts of emails to leads in a specific category.

The ease of use and simplicity of building templates

sometimes the tool goes down when in the middle of client meeting, and you lose the time to update the fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to send out emails and keep records of the interaction very well. When I see a client's actions on an email that I send, I know they are interested beyond belief

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes you have everything you are working on very organized and ready for you at any time. The upside is that you can work on your tasks, sales, and marketing from one platform and increase productivity.

A few of the dislikes are related to my specific use case for example faster ways of enrolling contacts into a sequence/workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of scattered information and unorganized execution. My productivity improves upon using HubSpot DAILY.
Much better than others in the market but like anything is can always get better

Tracking functionality is very poor, it is blocked by a large majority of organisations

2) No bulk upload or rather export from excel with majority of the field nicely tied in such as
a) logging calls on a specific date
b) logging multiple calls to a specific entry(in this case, company)
