One of the best cloud based CRM software

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Hubspot is that it aligns the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities and makes all these different activities transparent for the various departments involved. It helps the customers and us to have a seamless journey and no information breakdown during the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about Hubspot so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping my team and me with Outbound call tracking, analytics on our sales activities, sales engagement, visitor identification, and conversation intelligence. The tool also helps us with online appointment scheduling as we do most of our outbound calling activities; we also set those meetings online using Hubspot. In general, we use Hubspot for all our Customer Relationship Management activities and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
- Tons of helpful sales tools
- Tasks are incredibly helpful for sales teams
- Email tracking and contact timelines are lifesaving
- Easy training and resources

- LOTS of tools that can feel a little intimidating for sales teams
- Difference in starter to pro cost is a big leap and its hard to recognize the full value when you have a small team

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot enables me to track my customer relationships, deal flow, team activity, email opens, and call reports for customer engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I dislike but if I had to, the revenue of business customers pulled when the customer's URL is not very accurate, and I'm not sure from where it comes. Email tracking sometimes gives obscure information when many people are cc-ed, and you cannot identify who has opened the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with sales and lead generation management and tracking of sales teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an excellent solution for your CRM and sales tracking needs.

Hubspot is criminal

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, Hubspot has very limited functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team lied through their teeth about what Hubspot can do to get the sale. After discovering in onboarding that it does nothing I asked for, they responded by locking me into a $17,000 contract. This company is disgusting. The main reason I bought it was to build a math tutoring program for low income youth in San Francisco. After over 100 hours of fighting with them, I broke the contract, but they pocketed $3000 in onboarding and subscription fees. This company treats its customers terribly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't use it at all, it has very limited functionality

Best CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like in this is automation or we can say different types of automation we can write by using various activities and properties of different objects.
And you can use quotes and keep track out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was expecting we could use more quote properties more flexibly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my client's I had used Quote feature for them, which replaced their manual quote process and is now even trackable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has comprehensive functionality for customer relationship management and deal tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things but if I had to nit pick, revenue of business customers that is pulled when the customer's URL is keyed in is not 100% accurate. Also, email tracking too often doesn't show the exact person opening the emails, which deminishes the purpose of tracking email opens somewhat as you aren't 100% sure that the target has opened the email (if other people are copied in the email to be tracked).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot for the monitoring of deals in the pipeline, leads and customer data repository.

HubSpot does all the above well and helps you keep track of what follow ups need to be done, especially since you are able to set reminders on each specific client, along with call reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform works as intended from a sales perspective.

Expense to scale and tiered options force to into expense upgrades to unlock features

Easy to use and optimize

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up sequences and managing leads is incredibly easy with HubSpot. By looking at the results of each sequence, it's easy to optimize and improve results. Our website is also integrated with HubSpot, which makes it very informational when finding out what kinds of content a lead is interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
A wish there was an option to change the server emails are being sent from. That way, there won't be a limit to how many can go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides being incredibly easy to build sequences and optimize, it's been a very useful tool to communicate across departments. Our Sales and Marketing communication has improved and we can now easier work together to improve results.
