HubSpot Sales Hub is a great platform to growth your sales

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a strong tool and at the same time is realy simple to use

The cost of HubSpot Sales Hub can be expensive for the small business

HubSpot Sales Hub is the solution to make easy the commercial work and growth your sales taking decisions data-driven

Being an expensive tool, it is good before deciding to hire it to be clear about the objective of your business and if it can be achieved with a simpler tool

What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING but the way everything is connected, how easy i can create quotes, send an email, follow up my sales process, track conversations and make all my tasks done.

Everything is so easy and intuitive. I love it more and more every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an independent consultant, having all the power of Hubspot Sales is way over my budget. However, I'm way too happy with what I can use with my current account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many many many problems solved.

1. Time management. I can make almost all my daily operation inside Hubspot.
2. Less Apps. Before i had a tool for quotes but these quotes were auful. With Hubspot i can creat stilish quotes and i can ALSO track when people open it.
3. I used another app for meeting request. That also i can do it inside Hubspot Sales.
4. Before i had to set meetings on Calendar and then go to Zoom and set it there too. Now i can create the meeting and automatcly it get send to the client and set on Zoom or Meet. Way less steps.
5. I do have ADHD, so tracking of my tasks is a pain. Tasks system of Hubspot Sales Hub is lovely. It helps me to keep the focus and also save me steps auto checking a task when it gets complete. I LOVE IT!
6. Wit fragments and templates i save time writing mails for sending a quote or details of my services.
7. Conversations help to manage comunications inside the same Hubspot.

Like i said, i dont have to move, i can do everything there.

Shop around; other products offer more for the buck and are just as easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Tasks functionality, as well as the Sequences. Tasks are easy to set up on your own or to have a Sequence create them. When dealing with large to-do lists that are broad spread and seemingly never-ending, this is an easy tool to set you up for success to have Hubspot remind you what you need to get done every day. There are so many things I'd forget to do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sometimes feels too detailed and robotic, so making sure that you and your employee(s) are fulfilling that ever-so-important human connection quality of your sales outreach is even more critical. It is easy for it to start feeling like a list you're working through - which it is - but remembering quality is so important!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created a long, long to-do list that spans many different clients for many various reasons. It is easy to feel spread thin and forget when to call, follow up, and the client's basic info. Granted, this is something I feel naturally good at as well, but when you're dealing with a large number of clients every day - a tool like this is so necessary. Another considerable benefit is that I can track when clients have received my messages!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize Tasks for everything that you can: both for your own to-do lists, but also for working on group projects with your co-workers and employees. It cuts down wasteful time spent on email.

Reporting is not robust, customizability is not as robust as Salesforce

Deal management, account ownership, lead routing, forecasting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For large enterprises with established processes, this won't cut it. If you're building process muscle, this is an excellent option

What do you like best about the product?
Its CRM is well integrated with an easy dashboard.
Meeting links are way better than other competitors in the market.
Forecasting and pipelines are well furnished, and the support team always listens and makes necessary changes.
Keeping the data and campaign emails up to date.
Field customization is an excellent feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to it. It requires more flexibility.
There should be modernization of UI/UX.
Reporting generation can be tricky for a new person or beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to track customer information and their contact details. It helps to address different tasks and related to find and follow up the sales leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It allows to set up the email and calls to send it to large audiences. It shows a lot of matrices which is nice. I would recommend it to other organizations to use it.

The adaptability to work with other websites as well as our backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating it can be a little slow. Most likey due to all the contacts we have loaded in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep a record of all interactions with any of our contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubsSpot is a perfect platform for all types of organizations, integrating CRM, Sales, Marketing, and CMS, and it integrates with more than 5,000 external APIs, or any particular development. It is a perfect all-in-one, with great potential, constantly updated with new and better features, and it is very easy to use. It has excellent technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Hubspot, the only thing I would improve is that conversations like the chatbot case can be extracted as a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking of potential clients and clients, assigning tasks and activities to the sales teams

One of the best, and far superior to Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It is impressive how they've unified everything into one platform, from marketing to sales and business development. I can send an email from my Google for Business account, and everything it is automatically tracked in Hubspot. I also use the automatic triggers and templates functions extensively since I send a large volume of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've ever had with the platform is in the integrations with outside tools, like Gmail. Occassionally, the connections will become disconnected, and you might have to reconnect them. The good news is that the extensions and integration functions are very easy to use, and it doesn't take long at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to send emails, track opens, and genuinely see what is going on in my pipeline in real-time. It has increased my outbound contacts and made it easy to report where I am with my goals and OKRs since the reports and dashboard are customizable. Instead of writing lengthy sales reports, I open my screen on Hubspot and talk to my CEO about where we are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Put it side by side with Salesforce, and the superiority of the product is evident.

Easy to use yet contains complex features

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use as a CRM. Contains all the necessary features just as Salesforce, but it isn't as expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to configure the notifications as each person desires. If the configuration section would be more user friendly it would great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot as a CRM.
The benefit of using a known CRM solution provider is that you can easily manage your integration onto other platforms.
