What do you like best about the product?
It just makes the whole process of emailing very smooth with the tracking of opens and all.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much on dislikes because it has been of great use till now

It lets me track as to who has opened my mail and how many times, which makes me understand which draft or phrases or subject lines are working perfectly to react out to Prospects

What do you like best about the product?
With Marketing Hub like this, all your marketing tools and data are on one easy-to-use, robust platform. It's great if you have the proper context to set the right customer experience. Also, marketers can keep data at the center of everything on the HubSpot CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.The Templates are Difficult to Modify
2.Reporting is Limited
3.You Have to Pay for Additional Technical Support

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its CRM is an excellent and very effective solution that provides a call to action, and I like that. Also what I want is its marketing training and management.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is having all my emails, calls, and meetings all logged in one place. This makes tracking outreach and contact a breeze and incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
list building can be difficult in hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem I am overcoming with hubspot is staying in contact and following up with contacts. All contact is tracked and I can easily set tasks for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a sold tool and is relatively easy to use. I would recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequenced Email is a time saver when it comes to following up with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is terrible, the sequence doesn't work on it, and finding businesses just like clients can become very complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage to save a lot of time with programmed emails, and I also save time with Hub Spot for my business campains, just like using it as a CRM, which makes remembering everything about your client's soo easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that everyone that ever used a CRM in the work-life will definitively like Hub Spot over the other platforms.

Hubspot helps making prospecting easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot for my prospecting. It makes it easy and very useful. I like getting notifications on who opens the emails etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more reports around who is clicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen the benefits of prospects calling me from my emails. HubSpot has been helping me generate sales prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is easy to use and has everything I need to organize and track my leads. The customer service is phenomenal, and I especially appreciate the HubSpot academy - which shows you the best ways to take advantage of all the key features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set specific times for my sequence emails to send out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my team stay on top of what leads to prioritize and follow-up with. Having a system that keeps track of a contact's history has been extremely helpful as it allows anyone to pick up the conversation where it was left off.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy they make workflow and reach to clients. the software is very friendly to use and has many different ways to make working towards something easy

Editing Sequences could be a little easier by automating it whenever something is changed so it becomes automatically correct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequences have been the biggest benefit. works for you in the background whilst you continue to work

Give it a try, definitely. There is plenty of good features on this app to help you with your work

Simple and Powerful CRM

What do you like best about the product?
First time using HubSpot for my sales role, and it's really nice to use! In only a few moves you can create new Deals and manage them rapidly.
I use Tasks everyday to keep a record of my activities and find the perfect time to contact my customers.
Dashboards are really useful too. You can create a lot of filters and graphs to monitoring all statistics about you and your team.
The mobile app gives you real-time notifications about emails sent to your customer. That gives you a perfect hint to contact them!
If you make any mistake, you can easily and quickly go back and solve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will improve the way in which Contacts, Deals and Companys are connected: It can happen you will need to search between a lot of data before finding what you need.
I would like to see a real-time update when I make some actions (new call, email, etc.). Sometimes you will wait 30-45sec before you can see your action recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solved my agenda organization principally. You can set a specific day-time to make an action. You can add an alert too, and HubSpot will notify you. You will never loose an appointment anymore!
Email tracking is simply "WOW". You can see when a customer opens your email, how many times and where he clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best CRM software used until now. It semplifies the way you can work with your opportunities and helps you to reach your objectivies.
If you should have any problem, you have a dedicated support that can assist you to solve it.
