What do you like best about the product?
That I can call straight out of the app, and that I can write notes on the call and click around from contact to company to deal with the call still going
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it should be easier to find call records and to instantly associate them with other contacts and companies with the same phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my leads organized and my tasks scheduled This helps me stay organized and gives me a great workflow
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have very good internet connection and high processing speed on your computers

HubSpot keeps me organized on deals, contacts, sequences and next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create sequences easily and then enroll lists of contacts in the sequence
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to edit Sequences. Also would be great to be able to edit a sequence that has started without having to kill that sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiently reaching out to sales prospects/contacts. Very good data tracking and analytics based on various status of emails... sent, opened, clicked, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use! Very little effort in learning this system!
What do you dislike about the product?
What is there not to like about HubSpot! I love it all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite feature is being able to see if my emails have been read or if a link has been clicked on, showing me how effective the content of the email is!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The CRM is very user friendly and allows for easy training and quick grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. We used a different CRM and HubSpot is leaps greater than our previous in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to keep track of contacts and where we are in the sales process. Using Deals it is easy to keep track of our Qualified pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
For never using HS CRM, I was able to get acclimated and running surprisingly quickly (think 2 days), which is a HUGE plus. The reporting is pretty straightforward, and creating Sequences/Templates are a breeze; the amount of tools Hubspot can integrate into has been a game-changer for myself and team. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hindrance with Hubspot is that you are only "allowed" to create 5 steps within a "Sequence". It's very limiting and different from other similar platforms I have experience within. Additionally, if you want to thread or "float" any of your 5 steps/emails, you have to commit to 1 Subject Line; it will thread through the 5 steps entirely. If you want different subject lines, your only option is to create a new/different subject line for each one, but each email will send independent of the other steps within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the main tool my Sales team uses for both housing our data, as well as depending on it for efficient Campaign email outreach. The sole fact we can rely on this tool to keep our prospects engaged with minimal effort on our end says it all.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for the most part. And it connects to other tools that i need and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule a reply email on a thread without them all being reply emails. It's not necessary to have to hit send then the complete button to move to the next task. It's a bit clunky and you can't see in one place without going through all of the contacts you are reaching out to who are opening up your emails a lot. You can't edit a sequence in motion. You're not able to test subject lines without cloning a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On personalization, it has a problem right now with the Senders name having to be added manually. When I import contacts from Zoominfo they don't go into the person's name that has imported the list or contactt. They all go into another member's name.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many business/marketing/sales tools for creating efficient inbound & outbound strategies. I like the possibility of creating email sequences - it made my working day more productive and well-organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot recall anything that I dislike about the tool; I am very satisfied with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work routine involves a significant quantity of cold emails, which mayh become chaotic without proper organization. HubSpot helps me keep and process my leads in a very organized manner, easily filter/ segment them in any way I wish, store and share information with the team, follow up on the past leads activities, create inspiring emails using tips, analyze the performance of different email scripts (reply rate/ open rate/ click rate etc.) and many more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely go for it!

It is really helpful for my sales and tracking sales of my team. I have done a lot of sales courses

Sometimes I merge things by mistake and there is not a way to undo that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, following up with my clients, and tracking our sales team metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love it m but understanding how to create reports is not really friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The clean aesthetic and the new to sales hub training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting issues can take up to a week to fix. I had an issue with tasks not automatically completing, and it took 6 days to resolve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking emails and receiving notifications for when a client opens them. Solving a lot of tracking problems. Benefiting from seeing company details on one page, easier to carry conversations when speaking to a client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to understand the software and it will be your best friend
