What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user-friendly the platform is. Hubspot keeps things straightforward and customizable. I love being able to create sequences in a matter of minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this is a HubSpot issue, but I need more integrations to further automate my work - calling, LinkedIn, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm streamlining my outreach! A benefit is the reporting that check every day to see where I am with emails, calls, meetings, etc.
HubSpot Sales helped me save time and make more data-driven decisions.
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking emails, and finding what sticks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding contacts one by one to sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending generic emails to all contacts at the same time, saving me time, and being able to identify what strategies work best on prospects using data.

It's a life-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspont makes it very easy and intuitive to utilize their CRM. You can easily manage, assign individuals for follow-up, while creating sequencing outreach efforts. They also allow for easy follow up with creating tasks for accounts or individuals. I also like the ability to track emails and opens once you load up individuals into HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike as its very easy to navigate. Should you need help, there is support to assist you with your question or entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows individuals to assign, track and record deals and their progress along the sales process. You can also easily upload data and contacts from various files to increase your experience and reach.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly yet can be rich in data. Also can say the AI is great in terms of saving every internal and external interaction. Sales Dashboards, meeting scheduling, email templates, KPI's for BD team are all helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that I dislike, other than perhaps the iOS app, yet I don't need to use it that often. Some features aren't available on the app versus desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, prospective client research, prospective client segmentation, and most importantly, increased revenue as a result of accelerated collaboration and transparent details that matter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot offers a freemium version for startups or companies in stealth mode. The Sales Hub is the big leagues and worth the investment right away though if a company has enough funding to allocate toward it.

It's very hard to get set up correctly at the beginning

Automation behind many workflows
HupSpot Sales is very easy to learn and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track correspondence, deals, quotes, and follow up actions items for all of my clients/leads with just a couple clicks is a huge time saver. While my experience is solely with the Sales portion, the other potions of HubSpot integrated quite nicely with HubSpot Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just two things I believe need some improvement: (1) returning to the companies/contacts page should not reset filters each time. This adds unnecessary steps when having to move backward. (2) The search function is a bit finacky. There have been times when clietns do not show up after searching, leading to several duplicates which clutter the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot Sales for outreach, tracking (inbound & outbound), creating deals, quotes, and finalizing these quotes. Options to leave notes, show parent/child company associations, and importing contacts is a game-changer

The sales hub helps me make sure nobody slides through the cracks in the sales process.

So far so good!I'm relatively new to HubSpot, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Use their support team if you're not understanding the software.
Overall nice CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take notes during the call, that I can filter and customize my queues and tasks, that it saves contact, company, and deal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have a "Due tomorrow" queue option. That would help me plan my day better. I see it on the mobile app, but I would love it on the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to store all contacts, see deal progression, and review notes from old leads so I have the information I can fall back on when I contact them again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a nice product. Out of the small amount of CRMs I've used, this one has been the cleanest and most up-to-date. Runs smoothly most of the time as well.
Great visibility and at-hand information, but sales workflows feel a bit clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I really like having all the insights and activity data available at an easy glance. It's very easy to understand, at a glance, how someone is interacting with my companies marketing assets and other integrations (drift, leadfeeder). THe email tracking and notifications are very handy and very well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to keep track, at a glance at scale, of how and where contacts are in different marketing campaigns. When navigating through a lot of records, there are a lot of small pauses while the database loads which makes the process feel slow. Difficult to filter through different tasks according to different campaigns or sequences I may be running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficulty with tagging, It's difficult to organize contacts at scale. However, I really like being able to see at a glance how marketing is interacting with my contacts.
