Best sales and marketing automation tool and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub as CRM for marketing and sales purposes. I personally use the HubSpot sales hub every day, multiple times for marketing emails, contact management, tracking my Ads, analyzing the reports and performance of all our marketing activities. It's really helpful in automating the whole process of lead generation and conversion and saving us a lot of time. A/B split testing is one of my favorite features in CRM. It really gives more insights into my target audience. It also helped us a lot in nurturing the targets through the sales funnel. What do you dislike about the product?
Emails sometimes don't allow "Send To More" Bit expensive Customized reporting needs some efforts Marketing attribution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team does a lot of different activities like Emails, blogs, social media, etc., and we were finding it difficult to bring all the activities under one roof and get the results of our marketing effort. Hubspot gave the exact solution we were looking for and gave us additional values in terms of automation and analytics which is really helpful for making our marketing decisions.

Hubspot is a great way for our customers to contact us on their own time without having to wait on hold for a long time.

There is nothing I dislike about Hubspot

It's an easy way to help customers troubleshoot their problems. It's effortless to use and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite spot is our Sales Team ability to see every stage of the deal and stay aligned to next steps and advances with Notes and Email Tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is the integration into our Execution Platform that we can't easily pull across some of that data to reduce double entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized it to keep our Sales Team on track and help to create a Scalable Playbook that everyone from our new guys to our Senior Team can replicate and use!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The lift is a lot easier to implement this CRM than most others! It also allows you to have an All-In Solution for managing your Sales Team
Taking advantage of the onboarding set us up for success with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the support and how knowledgeable they are. Any time there is an issue, there is always someone to help, and typically with very little waiting time. We're able to see our contacts and leads all in one place and get their entire story. It's wonderful to have a central place for all of our data.
Our team also utilizes the sequences for emails. Leads are more engaged, converting at a higher rate, and we're closing deals much more easily than we did previously, before using Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for our team specifically was a little high. In the beginning, we struggled to have people adopt the software. But once we had full training for our team it was like night and day. While that was completely out of Hubspot's control, their team did a great job of keeping our employees engaged during the onboarding process, answering any questions they had and getting us set up the way we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, we've now got our data in a centralized place. We all know the full story no matter our history with a particular contact. Our sales team is much more productive. We use the entire Hubspot platform, so using Sales, Service and Marketing together has made a vast improvement across our organization. I think it would be challenging to use just one of the three, so we went all in on the Hubspot software and we're not disappointed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely keep in mind that while onboarding the software can be challenging for a team (as most are), once your team is using it, you won't want to go back to the old way of doing things.

HubSpot offers a polished user experience that is cross-compatible with mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features/functions are still limited. HubSpot should give users the ability to bulk enroll/unenroll contacts in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Activity Management, Deal Management, Dashboard Reporting and Marketing Automation.

Designed by users for users, not designed by software developers for users. Service and support makes it an absolute joy to work with them.

Automation features require a very large jump in price with no SMME option.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start by watching all the available videos and taking at a look at Udemy "Hubspot for beginners courses". This will help with understanding the features but also the opportunities
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and to use, very straightforward!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the features that they have now but I would recommend having an automatic SPF and DKIM set up to minimize the risk of the emails going to the SPAM folders of the recipients!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that makes Hubspot special for me is its automation feature! Easily sets up with lots of templates to use for inspirations and lets you customize the sequence exactly the way you want it to!
Good usability, can be a little tricky to learn everything

What I most like is the part I most used, the automation functionalities like sequences and work fluxes. I like that it also tracks email openings.
Hubspot has great automation functionalities through which you can integrate marketing and sales and set strategies for how the leads can advance in the funnel automatically or semi automatically. But you have to study a lot to get really good at it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long for you to get well versed in Hubspot since it has so many functionalities and options. The courses I did are not very deep in content and they do not cover some details that you face once you start working and configuring it. It takes time to learn and until then you are going to commit many mistakes with your configuration.

I am automating my prospecting and keeping track of deals in my pipeline.
Biggest benefits I realized is being able to set a prospecting sequence and being able to work in a list of actitivies without having to open lots of pages and hoping from one to another.
If you also want to set rules for MQLs and so on, it is a great tool to automate yor marketing and feeding sales with good quality leads, but it will depend on your level of knowledge of your market, ideal customer profile and persona.
It is a great tool, it just take some time to learn how to use it well.

As a sales person the most important criteria for a CRM is that it's easy to use. HubSpot offers tons of functionality while keeping it straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Placement of certain sections of the tool is a little odd - getting to my daily tasks could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses HubSpot for everything from CRM core functionality, to reporting, marketing efforts, as well as Customer Success & Support. It's taken a bit of time and work but we've reached a place where automation with tasks and handoffs between sales and onboarding has been streamlined using HubSpot, which saves a tremendous amount of time. This also helps the improve the customer experience through the sales process and throughtout their lifetime as a customer.

The fact that is a simple platform. I can handle my meetings directly from the browser and take notes. Notes are very important for me when I use a CRM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that if you do not have the same email address and you had gone from the old company you cannot have access to your old contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform in my insurance business. It helps me handle the contacts and the notes help me not remembering every detail of my clients.

Be sure that the company email that you use is for a long time from now! You may lose the contacts you worked at!
