Easy and efficient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life easier to look up the old information I have stored for a specific account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow sometimes when I try to open an account, and sometimes the information is garbage or not related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Management Information. It made me realize that having this tool makes information management easier on a specific device and easy to pull up.

A powerful tool that will help you store a specific account's information and is also easy and efficient to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The mass emailing automation tool of hubspot is amazing! For https://bijlesaanhuis.nl we use it to automate our emailing campaigns. We are planning to use it for a lot cases!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have never uses hubspot, it is a hard platform to understand. You really need to use is for sometime before you understand the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from the automation tools. Also a single place where all the data is stored is amazing!
Using HubSpot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up tasks, create reminders, set up sequences, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It's a pleasure working with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tasks that I create have allowed me to follow up on time and schedule lots of demos I otherwise would have missed.
Sales made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps you see the whole picture. You have a full view of all your sales and sales rep performances. I also like the fact that they have an app that integrates with your phone book for easy calls from your mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The theme of the design should be customizable to suit the company. It's currently not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager, It helps me see how my team is doing and where the weak link is. Creating a good sales pipeline helps predict future sales which is about 80% accurate most of the time. I think that is awesome as it solves the sales projection problem and can help inform me if I need to expand my sales team or train them to close certain deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to take your sales by the horns then this is the app for you. You and your sales team will not regret it.
User Friendly and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Very effective for moderate outreach and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capabilities. Ex. only allowed to create 5 steps per sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually email prospects and track their status is great. Cuts workflow time down as it integrates well with many CRM tools.

The cost is nice for small sales teams and start ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's difficult to navigate, difficult to parse out leads, contacts, organizations, etc. I much prefer SalesForce

Looking for an inexpensive CRM for a small start up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it offers many diverse features that we use to help us manage our customer communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to build a middleware that integrates HubSpot Sales with our existing systems, the community portal has some limitations in functionality that prevent true customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the work of our employees by managing and monitoring communications efficiently.

I like how you can organize your tasks as due today or overdue etc.

I need to figure out how to seperate tasks that have been assigned to my by different people

What do you like best about the product?
It's very straight forward and easy to use with all the resources you could need at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything to dislike. The recent update and beta features are interesting and I like what's being developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized how much time people spend managing their tasks with specific people or creating and sending emails that can easily be templated while using HubSpot because it saved me from all of that work.
All in one Business management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of all clients and prospects. This makes it so I don't have to report to anyone. I can fill in the information for my deals and current prospects and my sales manager can open HubSpot to review my weekly progress. I also love that Hubspot gives me data-based recommendations on how I can improve the emails I'm sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a contact owner history for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of what process in the sale the prospect is at. Also this has solved a missive problem for my company with sequences. Instead of sending out individual emails i can have a sequence of emails being sent while i sleep. This allows me to send follow ups while I'm off work and respond to emails while I'm at work. this is Huuuuge!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes time to get familiar with all the features, but it's worth it! Hubspot is a Powerful tool!
