Great for prospecting

Ease of lists, task making, and sequence making

I am able to scale my sales process much more effectively.
Very easy to use and useful for keeping information and logs at hand, specific to each prospect.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get company info at hand, and keep all logs for each specific prospect in front of me when I review them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if high priority prospects were highlighted in some way, so I could pay closer attention to that one.

I can keep all contacts in one place, and be notified when I have a task at a certain time.

.USe the trainings available... iuts there for a reason !!! contact your reps... ask questions and share with your team plus all other relevant branches of work; from marketing to production etc...

HS is a very helpful tool and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive the interface is and how Tasks help me stay focused on my highest priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that occasionally it doesn't complete an outbound call effectively. Usually, that is fixed when dialing again, but it happens once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team to easily target leads and share them with each other.

Go for it! Much easier and less cumbersome than SF

What do you like best about the product?
This has truly become our center of communication for our team and allows us to be extremely efficient. The Tasks and follow-ups with our customers are key for our success. Also being able to implement automation to our simple manual processes has increased productivity and allowed us to focus more on the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing would be more customization on the quoting tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem before HubSpot was clear communication internally and the most up-to-date information on the customer. Another problem was manually following up on all of our quotes and no system to ensure everything was followed up on.
I love hubspot! It's super easy to navigate and it provides a clean interface - which is a plus!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track activity from clicks to views and opens. It is extremely helpful to see what's going on from the eyes of my prospects. I also love the interface. For instance, SalesLoft had an ugly vibe to it! haha, I don't know I just hated opening it up every day and looking at this uncolorful sadness of prospects. Hubspot looks much cleaner and helps me stay on task for a longer period of time. Obviously, it might be a placebo effect but overall i think the interface helps me stay focused as well as complete/ create new tasks to stay on top of my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am on the go I would like to place a prospect in a sequence but I can also find a template to place that em in. If you can place them in a sequence from the app it is not an obvious solution. I would like the interface on the computer to match the app a bit more.
There might be a way to do this but I wish any material my marketing team sends out - any engagement provided gets placed underneath that contact after I set up a meeting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps with providing insight into which deals have been inactive for a while, which contacts need to be pushed, who I haven't connected with, making sure I am reaching out to a person in their desired time zone to keep outreach within professional hours and not overstepping into their social time.
The overdue tasks are extremely helpful to blow through. Especially if I get caught up for a couple of days or simply just forget to do them. It is very helpful to see all of the tasks that I have missed to ensure I get to them in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hubspot every workday for the last six months. Keeping track of deals and history from previous employees' conversations is invaluable. I start my workday by checking the tasks I created for myself and scoping my deals in grid view. I also love that my team can customize the functions that work best for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things could be improved by adding an option for medium or low priority markers on tasks. Also, sometimes inserting all of my contacts and deal information can feel tedious, but once it's submitted in Hubspot, it's always worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found that my team can collaborate better due to the communication about deals it allows us to share.
Great platform for organization and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and the way contacts are displayed. I love how it will help me to monitor my pipeline and keep tabs on the progress of my deals. My lead time for a deal is rather long, so it's nice to be able to easily develop sequences and tasks to help me keep in touch. Another feature that I really love is the templates and the sequences. It saves me mountains of time to be able to quickly and easily use templates that I develop myself or borrow from a teammate. It makes it much easier for us as a company too to use consistent messaging that allows us to better represent our brand and who we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the sidebar that removed the colors from the deals. I'm not a big fan of the way that the outbound call feature sometimes doesn't work with automated machines and sometimes I have to use my phone instead. Some of the downsides to using HubSpot are that it can be challenging for someone new to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve organization problems and continuity problems. We have seen the benefit of multiple users being able to have access to the same notes that their predecessors have left behind. It makes it easy to quickly resume contact or deal. We've also been able to resolve the problem that we previously had when just using spreadsheets where we would try to organize all the company data, the parent companies, the contacts, our interactions with them etc all in a sheet that we would have to manually update every day. It became very tiresome to have to log that information continually. But now we are able to simply use our hubspot tracking to log all of the information—even connecting it to our Gmail so that it records a list of everything that we have done and makes it much easier for us to go back and find out notes that we have previously taken.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you do review both Hubspot and Salesforce. Ultimately, I like Hubspot because there are more functionalities than just sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a dizzying array of functions, but even from day one I was able to pick out the functions that were useful. Each tool is well designed and they've done an excellent job of making each tool work together, regardless of which tools you choose to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few QOL changes. Hitting "back" on a list sends you to your contacts, not back to the list. I also wish there was an easier way to make adjustments to a sequence in progress.

I'm running business development for a startup on my own. It's a lot of information to manage and a lot of tasks to coordinate. Hubspot allows me to about 15 people worth of work in 1998.
