Good but demanding
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has apps for all aspects of your business, I use it particularly as CRM and it meets my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest problem with HubSpot is setting up and getting help when I need it. There is no in-person support, you always have to look at frequently asked questions, which takes a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers what it promises, but I feel a lack of customer service, which is quite relevant to me.
Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
That the tool is really intuitive, organized and very easy to be used
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that we could have a low - medium - high priority tasks intead of only low and high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization problems
The Hubspot is very good, and makes it easy to find information in an organized way.
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to create various types of Kanban activities in the tool itself, allowing you to control the activities performed by users.
It helps the team to identify relevant customer information, through the data stored in the tool, and the control of calls made by users.
Helps the organization's managers in making company decisions.
It has a very friendly interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool duplicates contact and company information, creating rework and discomfort when researching companies.
It has good usability on mobile devices and the web.
To create filters and export the information in spreadsheets, it is a little complicated task.

Hubspot allows our company to monitor the progress of customers, by the sales and customer service team, where we record customer data, allowing a quick and intuitive search for information.
Pricy, but You Get What You Pay For
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is where I spend the majority of my days. We use it to organize our contacts, reach out with sequences, automate our lead nurturing program, and collect feedback from our users. From my experience, if you're looking to do something, it can probably be done in HubSpot with the right know-how and a little bit of research. It also features a slick UX and is * reasonably* easy learning curve...Once you spend some time with it, you'll be able to create useful automation. At the outset, it can be a little intimidating, though. That said, there are hundreds of articles in the knowledge base that can help anyone get started. I only started using HubSpot about two years ago, and I feel extremely confident in my abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. There's not going to be any getting around this with premium CRM software...you're going to pay top dollar. HubSpot isn't even the most expensive, but you're paying for how many marketing contacts you're communicating with, meaning that as you start to generate more and more leads, your monthly bill is going to add up. Couple this with the cost of the license and onboarding fees etc (which there is some wiggle room with, I'll admit), you can start to rack up quite the monthly bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HubSpot Sales to organize our list of contacts that we're reaching out to to sell our services. It allows us to remain fully organized, as well as set lead statuses to know where people are along their journey. We categorize them into various lists to help us stay on top of things. We're also using it to sequence leads and guide them along their buyer's journey. Sales Hub allows us to generate a list of tasks that help our ISA team reach out to our leads easily. It helps take the guesswork out of the whole process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just take some time and give yourself the space to learn if you're new to HubSpot. Once you get it, you get it, but the learning curve is there and can take a little playing around to get used to. HubSpot is professional-grade software, but once you're used to it, it becomes second nature. Additionally, HubSpot's support is world-class and will be able to help get you set up quickly and get you out of most jams in which you find yourself.
Great app
What do you like best about the product?
Creating sequences so follow-ups become easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tracked e-mails from Gmail do not show in hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting customers and keeping them updated and interested
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it
Having used a wide range of sales CRM tools, HubSpot is by far the best
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are invaluable - the ability to queue up a number of tasks, customisable or templated emails, calls, etc., in a sequence which I can enroll prospects, unenroll, block enroll, etc. is a HUGE timesaver.
I live in HubSpot Tasks, and use it all day every day. It's improved hugely since I've been a HubSpot customer (coming on for 2 years) and the constant improvements and beta testing versions are a great indicator of HubSpot's commitment to listening to their users and driving their software forward.
HubSpot Meetings are a fantastic tool. Prospects love the direct access to my diary and the ease of booking. Integration with Zoom and Outlook/Google calendar completely eliminate the back-and-forth process of booking meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. As with all "free" software, you get what you pay for and the more you pay the more you get. I'm on a "legacy starter" subscription, which means I have access to a number of features that NEW starter subscribers don't (including Sequences, which are incredible). As a small business sales manager, Professional and Enterprise HubSpot pricing are well outside what I'm prepared or able to pay, which means there's elements of working around the functionality that I'm missing. Workflows, for example, are only available to Professional users.
In other words, it's worth ensuring that the features you need are included in the subscription plan you can afford!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads and prospects; servicing leads and prospects during the onboarding process; managing my sales pipeline; reporting on sales, leads, prospects
The best CRM & Pipeline Management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Their interface is so easy to understand and user friendly. Unlike other CRMS, the onboarding and learning curve is minimal. You can easily create sequences for Outreach and track open/click rate. The dashboards are clean and easy to understand. They have a library of live webinars to enhance your knowledge in Inbound sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation of emails that can be be sent out as its directly related to number of contacts you have. Since the dependency is on the contacts, the number od contacts needs to be doubled in a rider to send bulk emails in a month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot prioritizes actions that users are likely to want/need first, like dashboard access, and contact management. I'm most likely to drop into Hubspot to enter or lookup a contact or company, and Hubspot makes that the easiest/quickest action to take. Overall lead/contact management, transparency into how your prospects engage with your emails/content, customizable features, and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot over any other CRM. They are good from all angles.
They are great at email marketing and sales automation.

One of my favorite CMS's I've used so far
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn, the learning curve was very short
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that contacts are not directly tied to companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track all of our sales activity, deals, etc. using the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used SalesForce.com and HubSpot. Hubspot is easy to learn, and I find it very affordable.
Not the best for Ad Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers strong capabilities out of the box. It's pretty easy to customize the inputs and it's main strength lies in integrating with outbound marketing features like email and social specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not offer API integrations with many ad servers and cannot track real-time revenue for us, only orders. I think the forecasting tool is more limited. Hubspot recognizes revenue when it's booked, not earned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal flow, Stage management. Contact management. Outbound emails. Lead forms and submissions.
Good CRM especially for a startup
What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple CRM that provides most of the functionality needed to run a business
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration to LinkedIn hasn't been the best
