Easy platform that allows for quick up-time
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into leads once they are loaded and the ability to track leads, sales, tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't want to say I dislike, but the learning curve was a little challenging in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead tracking.

Onboarding is very important to the successful use of this CRM. Take the time to do it correctly and spend the time learning.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot keeps track of all my activity, allows me to organize and automate tasks in a way that helps me work quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could assign multiple companies to one contact. That would be helpful in many cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team members on specific contacts, deals, and companies is helpful. It reduces the amount of clicking between tabs to ask questions or relay information to other members of our organization. The tasks and sequences are a great way to improve productivity and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and navigate through different features and functionalities makes it one of the favorite CRM.
Having superb features like Tasks scheduling, Email Tracking with open and click rate along with the notification which allows you the analyze and make changes in your content in case not giving proper results,
Email Automation & Sequencing is the best feature of this CRM which gives it an edge over other CRMs in comparison.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks on a very big issue of contact ownership overwriting while uploading data through excel as if you have several people in the sales team who are uploading contacts data from excel, it will overwrite everything and even the contact ownership and will not give the error, which means any contact/lead will be assigned to the new user who uploaded excel containing any existing contact/contacts which are already in Hubspot Sales on other user's name irrespective of the sales representative is already working on that contact. It will even not notify the existing contact owner. That's where other CRM takes the edge over this one.
Also, making calls to many countries is restricted even if you have an unlimited calling subscription. There are number of countries you can not call using your paid account of Hubspot SalesHub.

A good amount of outreach by using email sequencing feature,
Email Tracking for open/click rate,
Tasks & reminders so that any follow up is not missed
Calling and recording it with one click and keep it saved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If looking for a simple to use CRM with good features, Hubspot is the right choice. But think if you have a bigger sales/marketing team as it changes/overwrites the ownership of contact if anyone uploads contacts through excel.

Automatization possibilities and integration options. I like very much that it gives you a complete insight into the lead source.
What do you dislike about the product?
When moving from starter to pro, you must commit to a full year. Some of my clients weren't comfortable with that.
In HubSpot sales starter, when the invitee books a meeting, he receives an email with a HUGE, HUGE HubSpot ad. For my taste, this is too much since starter is already paid option.

Overall, when everything is prepared well, adjusted, and personalized for the company needs, HubSpot saves time and doesn't let any contact to be forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and can cover a lot of ground individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of sequence activity it can be hard to keep track of tasks in a meaningful way. Not a deal-breaker by any means you just have to be conscious of this and strategic in how you develop sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great to be able to reach so many more people than I could by myself. That said you need to be conscious of who you're reaching out to and make sure you aren't negatively impacting your sender score. It's also been really helpful to be able to easily attach documents to templates for follow up so tweaking the messaging individually is quick and providing additional materials is easy.
Good, but still leaves something to be desired.

Would like more visibility into sequence metrics.

I dislike how the information doesn't get updated in real-time sometimes when there are glitches

consistency is a huge benefit because I can keep reaching out to warm leads
My experience with Hubspot has been marvelous!

The most helpful part has been the Contacts tab and and the deal stages.

The downside is all the clicking to get to different spot and too much to complain about

All the differents types of orders in the deals of when they where purchased and delivered.

I love how it can be integrated with our app, calendar, and note-taking. I also love the fact that we can track our seller's email is a fantastic feature.

Not much to dislike. Seems to be a solid experience so far.

Connecting our work calendars (the team is more efficient), Click-to-call, snippets are super helpful for note-taking.
