Excellent Service, Great for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub is very easy to use. There's plenty of features in and outside of hubspot that is easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be better. It's challenging to get accurate reporting unless you only use the deals kanban board for specific stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're understanding our customers better through the deals section of the Sales Hub.

If you're an early venture startup. HubSpot Sales Hub is a great start to CRM.
HubSpot is a great tool for business to automate their sales process and align their team.
What do you like best about the product?
*A good layout that allows updating the properties of contact and associated company both simultaneously.
*Sending out emails to prospects is easy with the HubSpot CRM. It Queues up a sequence of personalized follow-up emails and reminders that get delivered automatically at the right time.
*Keeping the exact record of every lead’s contact info, email opens and clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
*Sometimes HubSpot runs slow and takes time to load the data. It should load a little faster
*The new update of HubSpot CRM is also a little frustrating. We used to save updated properties of contacts and associated companies on a single screen by simply clicking the save button only once. Still, now we have to save both separately.
*When we enroll contacts in the sequences, we can only select 50 leads. It should be at least 100 or more because we need to enroll more than 500 contacts per day, so it takes a lot of time to enroll contacts by selecting only 50 leads.

As part of our job, we need to update contacts and associated companies frequently, and fastly HubSpot provides us the best way to do our work efficiently. In our organization, we need high amount properties to be updated of our data, and HubSpot helps us to easily update and keep the record of every update as well, and that is an excellent thing that makes our job easier and fruitful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an excellent and easy-to-use tool to automate the sales process; it helps run business smoothly with unique features and services.

I can´t unenroll bulk of contacts, needs to be one by one

I like the search functionality and continued updates to the system! The communication with me regarding any updates is wonderful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the sequence builds and any related limitations to communicating with clients. I also have trouble gaining an understanding of the additional metadata availability.

I am soliving communication lags and inefficiencies. HS sales hub makes tracking meetings, calls and emails very straight forward.
Too many changes to make things look better and not increase the functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I used to like how I could navigate through other pages as I make a call and then I could click "return to call" whenever I needed and I was directed back to the page I initiated the call from. That feature is agone and that was my favorite.

I dislike the lack of functionality taken into account when changes are made on the frontend

Not many problems with that. More so just having certain changes seem more optimal.
It is good but the prices are exorbitant

I like the sequence and workflow feature the most. It helps me save some time on my follow-ups.
I like the signature feature as well because it saves some additional quote and it is convenient

What do you dislike about the product?
Unreasonable pricing - from starter to sales professional there is literally a 900% times increase. They give 5 users minimum but if the sales team is of two people and they want to upgrade then it is not worth it. The only reason we upgraded is that we needed the tools and we didn't want to move as we are using HubSpot for a while now

Periodic outages that always resolve themselves quickly.

HubSpot enables you to cast a wide net & focus on individual prospects.
HubSpot is very efficient for our marketing team, but inefficient for our sales team.
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have been tremendously useful for us, but inefficient in regards to tracking email activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences do not allow you to generate a summary of email activities (unlike workflows). This makes it incredibly difficult to track and keep on top of follow-up calls. The only way to track email activities for Sequences is by utilizing the HubSpot extension, which is okay, but it would be far more valuable if you could generate an email activity report. Another downside to tracking email activity only in the HubSpot extension is that only the creator of the sequence can track email activities. This is an issue because it hinders the ability to work with colleagues on the same sequence to ensure that every contact in a sequence gets the proper attention and follow up. I believe that all the issues listed above could be resolved if you could generate an email activity report (similar to workflows).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us improve our volume of outreach. One great benefit I realized is storing & refining copy for your sequences. My team consistently reviews sequence metrics to understand which subject lines, timing, verbiage, and copy length is most effective.
Hubspot is a great tool for tracking prospects & customers & providing excellent customer service.

I really can't think of anything I don't like.
