Useful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot as a team and love the notes feature for staying on top of what's going on with each customer. I also love that you can personalize your display.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some occasional glitches, but that's normal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving working with small teams and giving customers a seamless experience

What do you like best about the product?
Follow-up and meeting integrations are amazing. I use them five days a week and I have actually gotten compliments from potential clients how easy and quickly the correspondence and sales flow was performed. Without the meetings link, you would continuously be emailing back and forth time slots to confirm, and sometimes you won't ever hear back from a potential client. Every second counts and every correspondence counts, and that is why I enjoy this part of Hubspot so much. It has seriously streamlined my entire day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any issues so far. Everything has worked great!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand that the tasks due dates equate to the week that they are due....but if I have a task that I complete a week later, it does not show on the dashboard for that weeks touch points.
Personally, I work best when I see how productive I am being throughout the day. As a lifelong athlete, I am very competive, so I want to literally win at everything, including the touchpoints and activity level for the day. So when I feel like I was being productive, the activity bar did not reflect that. What I found was that the tasks that I were performing all day were being placed in last weeks numbers, and I was unaware of that at the time.
My CRO is also very numbers driven, so when he sees that bar continously going up, he enjoys that too.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure to use as many pieces you can in Hubspot. It has tons of tools to utilize, and the more familiar you get with each one, the quicker and more streamlined your day will become.
Excellent application, very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides all the information needed from the customer, you don't even need to have a lot of experience in it to find it. It's very complete and super easy to use. This is the very first time that I use it and I didn't experience any problem. I apreciate it being so user friendly. I also love that it gives you access to your Dashboard which is a great tool to track your performance and see your areas of oportunity. Since the begining I heard it is a very user friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always updated. I've had issues with it not having the correct information. We work with another system that works with Hubspot and they're suposed to have the exact same information, however sometimes Hubspot is not updated with the other system and I find myself calling people when they already have everything completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've helped people get their profiles complete so they can be able to earn money on their own. I'm able to create appointments directly with it and it gets reflected on my calendar. I'm also able to track my performance on the Dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user-friendly, and you will get the hang of it very quickly if you're a new user. It is a very complete application that allows you to have quick access to calls, tasks, e-mail tracking, contact information and your dashbord. This will allow you to track your performance and check which are your areas of oportunity.
Hubspot intergration
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integration of our phone system allows me and my team to get to what matters most, meeting potential clients efficiently. The ability to email, call and text all on the same screen. Allow us to work easier and quicker to get to the important part, getting new business. The mobile app allows me to perform most tasks when I am not in my office and act quickly if it is a pressing matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, some email providers would block emails with the tracking from Hubspot. This appears to have been corrected. Sometimes the integration with our SMS/phone partner the time recorded is incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to potential clients, when they are most engaged and most interested. Also allows you to come back to your tasks easily and get back on track after any phone calls or meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a few days to learn how to efficiently use the system. Many functions have numerous ways to get there, find the one that makes sense to you and you will see a benefit it you time.

I like the variety of options to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs that need to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the sequence option. Other options are very details and require training.

It's new and innovative but has several bugs and not as simplified as SF.
Review of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I have been used to use Hubspot for several years now and particularly like the following elements:
- the sequences
- the calling list
- email tracking
- the sequences
- the calling list
- email tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is perfect when you are launching a new market and working with big companies with a complex structure.
- Hubspot has a complex way of filtering through all the contacts and companies. It is not easy to know how to create a list with specific parameters. Even after some personal help, I am still struggling to make a list with all the companies that had contacts enrolled in a particular sequence and are not enrolled anymore. The purpose would be to have a list of companies that didn't answer my first sequence, probably because it wasn't the right contact. And for who I have to find a new contact.
- It would be great to give some automated views. An example could be:
- Companies you have to reengage because of a lack of response after a sequence send out in the last six months.
- A list of all the meetings you have organized in the past to send an automatic monthly newsletter.
- Some automation in the deal management. Whenever you create a deal, it should be possible to have a list of tasks with deadlines created automatically.
- Sub-division on companies, when you have an international company, every office location has other contacts. Please create sub-organizations in one company (ex: office in Ontario, Vancouver, London, ...)
- Different currencies in the deals sections. I am working with CAD, and my colleagues in Europe are working with EUR.

Keep track of your prospection. Have an idea of your activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask questions to the Hubspot support faster. You lose too much time searching for it by yourself.
Much more simple and easy to use than Salesforce which I have previously used.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub in HS has all of the tools easily navigatable to use for the things that are most important to a salesperson. Deals are easy to track, the task feature is handy for me personally
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were a way to detect dupes and create a notification that there was a potential dupe for an account, that would be very useful. I have found that this is one of the most prominent issues I run into, although it is a user-induced issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings are huge with HubSpot Sales Hub due to its partnership and ability to sync with Gsuite, chrome, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a smaller/growing company, HubSpot is a great tool, and I highly recommend it. HubSpot is proving to be scaling, so their offerings are becoming more complex as we develop as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond Hubspot's highly intuitive and user-friendly interface, it is rich in outreach features that enable sales teams and marketers to connect and communicate with prospects and clients in a powerfully dynamic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has no weaknesses and continues to impress!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has leveled up our ability to reach global clients and stay front of mind in a manner that ensures our messaging is fresh, consistent, and compelling!

Helpful, with a few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is helpful for contacts and individual contact pages. Having all the connections and info on the far right of each contact card is one of the best features so it doesnt require clicking additional links.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not being able to edit the content of sequences is frustrating. Even though they are tied to templates, it is an annoying and time-consuming extra step to update the template rather than being able to update the sequence- especially because each sequence saves individually as well.
- When working in contacts, the filters are helpful, but often Hubspot will refresh and I will need to re-select the filters. There is a similar issue when clicking on "contacts" in the top left corner of a contact card- the filters are removed when being re-directed back to contacts and requires re-selecting filters. I end up having several tabs open in order to work more fluidly.
- Merge aspects are confusing and unclear.
- The settings center is very confusing and unclear

Not having to work through more than one site is helpful- the integrations are very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are interested an a tool that's overall helpful, but with a few convoluted processes and messaging for certain components, this is a great sales tool. It's more helpful that the majority of other CRM's and has strong capabilities of data storage and sales insights.
Best and only CRM in the market developed keeping sales rep in mind.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things. It's so easy to import data in CRM. Easy to create reports, and the best thing is running the campaigns where you'll get all the tracking of each email. That helps best a salesperson to keep track of the prospecting emails. And timely emails to keep updates/tasks on the leads that we;ve saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as of now to dislike about. As all the features developed is by taking a salesperson in mind. But i would like to mention that the customer support is slightly an issue. As there is option of contact us but i belive there must be someother option where you'll get instant result or quicker i would say rather than exchanging emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit is the real-time tracking of all the emails. As we are running many campaigns in teams and by running many campaigns, it's hard to keep track of all of them. So the tracking feature is helping us to make sure who will be the first person to contact. Also, we are creating deals in the hubspot, which is helping us to keep track of all the active deals, and we can move them to different stages depending upon the lead's progress. And its so easy to track all the sales leads developmet of the team members in a single window and also irrspective of the location you are based out of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are running a company where you have a sales department, then this is one of the best CRM among the competitors. While finalizing this, we looked at others as well. But after evaluating all, we ended up shortlisting Hubspot. It's a perfect one which caters to all the sales development cycles and also in a competitive price. So if you are in the process of looking for one, then i would recommend at least have a demo of HubSpot before you make any decision.
