Extremely helpful sales tools that help improving our capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and with practical functionalities that help our analytics and sales processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are still adding more functionalities so I expect the CRM to get more robust over time, but it already has pretty much all data that I currently need for my organizational needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our sales team with reporting, analytics, tracking leads and deals. Great for emails tracking and for performance management
User friendly for startups
What do you like best about the product?
we like the ease of use in the activity feed to see all information notes, calls, emails. We also really enjoy the calling feature in hubspot. It makes it easy to call directly through the CRM rather than using cell phones. The deals are also nice. It is great to be able to have multiple deals associated to one company. This is commonplace in our business and hubspot allows us to use it. we also like the ease of calling the call center whenever there is a problem with our hubspot account. being able to quickly call and always have technical help available twenty four hours a day seven days a week is very useful because we often work at different times of the day and different time zones than those that help onboarded us with hubspot. The technical help is usually very informed and gets the problems solved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
marketing hub could use some more robust features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to better track our open and click rates through forcasting and reports on our dashboard. We have been sending templated emails out and we can see how many sent, opened, clicked on, and replied. this helps us improve our messaging
Recommendations to others considering the product:
hubspot is great for small to medium size businesses. the onboarding team made it easy to implement hubspot and they spent time with. usfor seven weeks to make sure our implementation and integration with other applications was going well
My Hubspot review overall - It's great but missing some things
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is pretty darn intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our old system, high-velocity sales, gave us increased visibility into our prospects/ partner's time zones which made it very easy for us to organize our day and calling cadences. Hubspot doesn't appear to have this level of support. Also, managing the task lists is a bit tricky. Bulk unenrolling contacts isn't self-evident, and tasks remain in the queue even after marking a prospect as recycle/ disqualify and unenrolling them from the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem - we need an intuitive way to stay in front of and in contact with our prospects and partners. The benefit of HubSpot then is the ability to easily manage the workflows necessary to meet these needs. Hubspot makes it easy to learn and track your learning via their academy, making becoming a power-user of the platform accessible.
It gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice that you can house your deals and prospecting in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing current customers and being able to put them into a sequence can be difficult. Not like other CRMs I have used before. The reporting tool is lack luster as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to link all emails to HubSpot and view them under the prospect and company. That is a nice feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly aspect of HubSpot and how it allows me to organize a large number of leads strategically and keep an organized pipeline. In addition, the ability to sync to different applications including Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and Sales Messenger is extremely useful for outreach purposes. The ability to create strategic sequences is also a massive benefit of HubSpot. Hubspot's Dashboard also allows me to track my progress and data for each day, week, and month, which enables me to keep track of my OKRs and if I need to make any adjustments. It also allows for email tracking which is a big benefit to see if clients are engaging with your forms of outreach and allows you to analyze which forms are most effective. Overall, HubSpot is great for pipeline management, outreach, and keeping organized notes on clients and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's main area for improvement would be adjustments to the way sequences operate. Sometimes follow-up tasks are created through sequences during non-work hours and it can be a little confusing, so always make sure to have your sequences auto-populate to cues to keep organized. Another area of improvement would be the call recording, around 30% of my calls are not recorded but that also has to do with the states policy on call recordings so it might not be up to hubspt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to follow up with all of my prospects diligently and keep an organized pipeline. In addition, the Dashboard allows you to see if you are on track to hit your goals every day, week, month, and quarter. It also allows you to see your teammates progress so that you can make sure that everyone is on track to hit a goal as a team and see areas of improvement as a group, and it has allowed me and my teammates to see areas of opportunity where we need to improve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to contact multiple leads however still add a personal touch to it. I am able to easily access the layout of previously used emails easily through the template feature. It has also simplified grouping contacts under different companies or owners which helps minimize double activity.
Currently, I make use of HubSpot's sequencing function to not only improve my touchpoints with prospects but also helps me optimize my time management with the automated task function.
The reporting feature allows me to track and monitor my activities on multiple facets however it can be quite difficult to configure the report when it's not one already provided or one that has more complex requirements.
Hubspot also has a calling function that simplifies telephonic communication however there are some countries you still can't call to. On the upside, you can indicate the outcome and make notes on the call. This simplifies the success tracking on calls.
Hubspot is integrated with a variety of different applications, such as Gmail, google calendar, slack, and Linkedin. This means that even if you are sending your emails from Gmail they are still being tracked by Hubspot.

Know what you are looking to use the platform for and if you have a lot of other applications that need to be integrated make sure you have someone on your team capable of doing the setup.
Preferably try getting training or insights from someone already using Hubspot in the beginning.

It is allowing me to easily stay on top of my activities and has increased sales due to my following up. The best benefit is following up made easy.

Every day I can solve a lot of problems. For example very good is recording there. When the customer have a lot of questions I can back to the previous discussion easily.

I think it has some issues when there are too many users active. Traffic volume issues

The organization is critical! The pipeline flow is excellent!
Could I live without it? Yes, but it wouldn´t be the same thing...

We use Hubspot on a daily basis to contact leads from all over the world. It centralizes all information, promoting transparency within our team and kowledge increase.

I got no complaints. It´s constantly developing, love it really.
