Hubspot is simple and very easy to use. Quick fast responses to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and accuracy of how we get our leads, and even shocks the customers how fast we respond to them. This sytem is very well organized and very well thought out. It was easy to learn for someone that has never used a Customer service portal program. I would highly recommened this product to anyone that is looking to grow there buisness and see the true possiblities of making there buisness the best in there feild.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of features that are not being used and better interface communication between sales and contact screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting to our customers quicker and faster and being able always to be the first one to talk to our clientele before any other company reaches out. We are solving issues like not being able to get to the customers fast enough. We use to get help form Home Advisor but when we used them it seemed like we were always the last ones to contact that customer and they were always signed up with another company. HubSpot has helped us put our name on the map with speed and accessibility to reach our customer base faster and more affectivily.

Not really thought about it. Maybe workflows!

Everything related to email campaigns and cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, all my features are in neatly organized locations. The CRM is set up to be very straight forward and we can see all the information for contacts in one easy view. If I need to update contact info I can do so right through the contact page. I also really enjoy the reports section. They are very in depth and give a lot of insight into how our sales process is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to pre record a voicemail to leave after each call. In outreach we were able to pre record multiple different voicemail styles to automatically leave if a prospect did not answer the phone. This allowed us to save time by reducing the time spent leaving voicemails. This proved to be very effective in a number of projects that I have worked on as apart of alleyoop.io

There needs to be an option to sort contacts by timezone because we start calling at 8am in the east coast, and that means that people on the central time and the pacific time are not away when we start calling and I have to spend time manually skipping tasks until I find the correct time zone. This would increase productivity and help streamline our calling process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to import data directly into one platform rather than having to use saleforce + outreach, we were able to save on licensing fees while increasing productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I say switch to hubspot as soon as possible. We have increased productivity by 25% by switching to Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing portion is mighty for email sequences

The reporting could use some improvement

Keep track of tasks, tracking team metrics, calender and zoom integration. It's awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the marketing tools and the reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The "manage duplicate" options. This tool could improve ASAP

There is no problems at all. We are loving the system and is great for marketing, sales, and operations as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to use the tool, there are currently some options they could improve like the "merging duplicates" options and adding 0.5 option on the product library

An easy to use CRM/Marketing Tool for business

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create a business by adding their website first, and it auto-populates a lot of the business details. Same with contacts, add the email first to confirm that you do not have a dup. Setting up sequences is easy, and setting up a email marketing drip is fairly simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to add a phone number when adding a contact to a company. I would prefer that the software auto-fills the phone number already entered for the Business so that if it is the same, I do not have to type it in again if it is different then fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
setting up drip campaigns to connect with past and new customers. Consolidating customer information, contacts, notes, communication history, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
give it a shot, BETTER than Salesforce

Intuitive Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive, good UI, building reports is easy and very customizable. I love the activity feed and the quick insight it provides to be able to pick up with outreach to a prosepct and know the past activity and context to base the outreach on.
What do you dislike about the product?
More watered down than Salesforce. Tasks are more manual and not as intuituve as other products I have pereronally used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, it allows me to keep track of my numbers for different activities and know where to spend more of my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive in and play around with different features. Coming from a previous role using Salesforce, it was an adjustment but easy to figure out after using it for a few days due to the great UI.

Hubspot has competitive prices and several 3rd party add ons that allow you to make the crm your own
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is down due to updates but we understand that that has to happen from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get real-time data and review calls for training purposes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily find my contacts, properly organize tasks, and set priority levels so I know who is a warm lead
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hubspot server is down, for instance yesterday loading times were taking a long time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving are trying to add in app messaging within hubspot so my team can contextually conversate around leads and companies.

Amazing service, absolute game-changer for our business

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing tracking for what visitors are doing on our site and the specific pages and how many times they've visited. I love being able to see all the interactions on a specific deal vs the contact info like so many other CRM services offer. HubSpot's ability to make calls within the app are also SUPER SUPER helpful because I can make international calls; The calendar booking and sync'ing with Gmail Calendar is also a huge bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the email sync with gmail either takes too long or doesn't sync for whatever reason; duplicate checking can sometimes be an issue with deals/contacts getting weird; Maybe an average of once or twice a week for some period of time we get the "Some customers are having issues" notice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solving: easy to use and easy to follow sales dashboard with great reporting;
