HubSpot makes my job as an account executive easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the pipeline view and deal stages. Enrolling leads in sequences is seamless. Also, I'm a big fan of task setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a view in hubspot where I can see all of my tracked emails, and see what email it corresponds to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads don't slip through the cracks. I can handle a higher volume because of the efficiency of my work flow.

Context: I used to work with a very old CRM.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things could be improved.
Shared inbox, for example is not very ergonomic when using the laptop and there is no option to call the prospects directly from that "environment" ( you would have to click on the contact's name and then call.. 2 or 3 more clicks).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Automation. really that is a keeper !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it ! HS is a tool that will help you and your sales reps save massive amounts of time when engaging with the prospects and really nurture clients. It may take a bit of time to adapt and discover all the features ( like any new toy) , but once you are in, you would never like to go back to your old CRM.

Nothing, I have enjoyed the whole experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate with customers easily.
Excellent CRM: complete, easy to use, allows to do outbound activities.
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the CRM : how you can switch from a contact to a companny, then from one deal to another on the same company/contact. How the pipeline is structured as well, easy to find your current deals, how you can use the task function to chase up deals etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs linked to the approriation of company/deal owners recently. Many bugs where I receive the email to share the contacts details, that I am the deal owner but the meeting is booked on another teammate. Creates frustration between team mates and loss of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear view on who to chase up/call back easily (versus an excel sheet) combined with the use of the task function to remind who to call/emal, when etc... Better control of my pipe and my daily priorities.

Great tool for managing clients, fast and effective, just a few inconveniences here and there
What do you like best about the product?
Fast interface, simple on where to click. Tabs at the top are helpful for navigation. It logs emails and calls very well, and allows for recordings for viewing too. There is also a performance dashboard that allows me to view my current metrics and gauge how I'm doing. It also includes the metrics for other workers in my same field, so this allows for easy comparison of our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some generated clients have inaccuracies with metrics, and required manual fixing. These were easily miss-able, which led to awkward instances of emails sent out with inaccurate generated information.
Integrations can have annoying side effects. For example, aircall is integrated, but it pops up everytime I open a new task. However, I use aircall as a downloaded app instead of on hubspot, so I have to close this pop up every single time. I could not find a way to change this setting. At base default 100% zoom, I cannot close this popup either, I need to zoom out to 90% to be able to close the popup at all.

Hubspot sales hub is helping me to manage my clients. It contains their contact information, and I can add more when I need. It also logs my activity with the clients, so I can refer back to them at anytime to see what happened in the past.

It may seem overwhelming or confusing at first, but the interface is fast and efficient once you get used to it.
Seamless to to manage contacts, sales, marketing and servicing for success.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stope system providing contact management, sales, marketing and servicing functionality all in one. The system makes your teams job easier in integrating with mostly all tools your potential might interact with your company digitally and allows you to develop tasks and a follow up journey to deepen the relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small start up, it is expensive. To get best functionality and benefit, packages are tactically defined causing you to spend significant money/investment to get best benefit. Would be nice if more of the premium featured could be provided under trial term.

Marketing and Sales, managing tasks, AI on people interacting with company digitally, and standardizing process in communications / followup.
Very Efficient Tool to use - Pretty convenient too
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is just a great way of maximizing all of you daily work tasks. Functionalities are incorporated so it makes it easier for us to just mainly use the system and the rest will just follow. From sending email invitation to clients and working with the team, this tool just provides all of it in one go. What's great about it is that both on an employer and employee's perspective Hubspot provides all of the resources we can use.

I can't think of anything to be honest. The tool is just really efficient, it makes daily tasks at work easier to accomplish.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Support. Hubspot actually allows you link other applications that you're using at work. From sending calendars to working with the team, it just makes it all easy to do. Other cool feature I really like is the fact that we could even link our email account to it and so every time we communicated and leave comments in Hubspot, or when someone mentions you from it you'll get notified via email.
I also like the fact that you set up the meeting in Hubspot and it automatically sends a confirmation to your google calendar and this is because it alllows you to Link different applications.
