Task oriented CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can queue up tasks and activities for day to day as well as reminder for myself in the future for accounts I want to circle back to.
Reporting is fairly straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
It drives me crazy that there isn't a function to clone deals when you can clone most everything else in the system.
I find that while reporting isn't hard to do, I can't always easily identify why reports seemingly the same show different values and I have to do my own sleuthing within records to figure out why that is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see what activities our team is up to on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
The ease of use and integration with gmail is really nice.
Being able to see the engagement level of contacts helps target communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline is visual and allows me to customize notifications. I love that I am able to set notifications to show me how long it has been since I have been in contact with a particular client. Having the ability to easily communicate with my client through HubSpot and manage contacts associated with particular deals is also incredibly helpful. I also love being able to easily filter dashboards to work with my team to get back up and offer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the logging features (email logging in particular) can be a little bit wonky and clunky. As much as I like the HubSpot Outlook add-on, it sometimes has some issues logging incorrectly and has missed some email logs. The threads expand out automatically and it becomes hard to find exactly what you are looking for. Searching through long email histories can take a while because I cannot easily hit CTRL+F and search for something specific and sometimes have to dig. I have also had some formatting issues with the email tool where it will not properly format links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a hard time keeping track of multiple clients at once and HubSpot has been incredibly useful for identifying how far along in my pipeline all my clients are, identifying tasks that need to be completed, and provides me with tools that I can use to maintain more consistent contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of excellent features on HubSpot to take advantage of. Make sure you take the time to learn about all of the features so you can use them all properly. I love the Task feature, but I misused it for a long time and would always schedule all of my tasks at the same time and would be overwhelmed.

Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to sell more efficiently. The templates offer suggestions when writing my emails. I can also upload commonly used documents to emails. The training HubSpot offers also provides tips on sales as well as using their tool. The extension with Google Chrome allows me to get notified when someone opens an email. I also get emailed when someone opens a document I've sent them. Typically, I follow those up with a phone call to connect with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does a good job of most of what I'm looking form. However, it is frustrating when a changed to a cloned template are copied to the original template. I also wish I could have a feed of sorts based on customers I follow to see what actions they are taking.

My biggest wish is that HubSpot would allow me to clone deals. I spend TOO much time everyday entering in information multiple times in deals when closing deals for multiple products at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep my pipeline more organized. I like the task feature and queueing tasks too. The integrations are nice, especially with slack, to communicate with my team efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and access all pertinent features. Task queues make for a streamlined workflow and provide helpful reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times are always a pain. Sometimes navigation takes you off the page that you want to be on and there's no ability to have tabs within tabs for easy comparison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage customer/leads data and track sales opportunities. It does a really great job keeping all pertinent information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Deals and Tasks. To keep track of deals in HubSpot has helped me understand the flow of what needs to happen at each point by separating them into stages for clarification. This is accompanied by tasks (task queues) that allow me to stay on "task" and not let anything fall through the cracks with my MQL's, SQL's, and Customers.

In specific, our deals are broken into stages for each customer starting from "New Deal" all the way through "Finalization". I tried a beta for the deal page that allowed me to see if a deal had been inactive for 7-14 days and from that I could see who needed urgent contacting and who didn't. Ultimately, the experience has been great and I love using HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of my contacts in a consistent, clean, and organized manner that is timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quotes. For my company quotes hasn't been needed as Deals provide all the necessary information including the quotes for each project. I wouldn't say I dislike it, but don't use it as a tool for my organization. Other than that, I don't have many dislikes that I could share for HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has allowed me to solve my own lacking in organizational skills by placing each function in an easy to use, easy to navigate manner that anyone can jump into and begin to build organizational skills with. From deals, tasks, forecasting, and meetings, they have all benefitted me greatly in my abilities to sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise using HubSpot Sales Hub as opposed to other companies strictly on the fact of ease of use and the support team who provides beneficial documents, templates, and guides to further level up my experience with sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the notes can be customized to however the user wishes just makes it all the more likeable. I am amble to keep track of my progress, and it has the satisfaction of a kanban board. Feels great to see the tasks move along the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly dislike anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One advantage I love is the fact that it can be integrated with Outlook mail. It is so easy to track emails from clients!! It saves so much time and helps me get my work done faster.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create tasks and stay organized, and track emails easily between inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a huge issue, but the colours and design of the site are not the prettiest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves issues of clients falling through the cracks! I am always able to keep track of how often I'm engaging with clients and and I get notified when it's been a while.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been great with automation and with task keeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's number one missing feature is the ability to clone deals. Also, it is not set up to auto-calculate deal size by quantity and average price. Etc.

A lot of time is spent updating deals, and updating CRM notes. There could be a better search feature as well, by typing in keywords (and ability to filter through properties of that search ie. region/state) and pulling up any emails, notes, or other properties that are entered in for that individual client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit is ensuring that clients don't fall through the cracks with automation and task keeping. It's easy to track and monitor KPIs and keep accountable throughout the sales process.

In recent years the deal pipeline features have become more robust, but could still use some work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration and ease of creating your own fields. Also the tutorials are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a function of 'you can't be everything for all people' but we are looking to use this for separate business functions and it is not that adaptable. If there was a way to include fields that are parent /child relationship in a relational database across departments in an organization that would be great. Or to have different roles and modalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
