Organization of data, simplicity of flow.

Some fields are difficult to customize. However we are learning this is a new feature availability

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has completely streamlined our sales process. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to track deals, manage pipelines, and stay on top of follow-ups without feeling overwhelmed. Even new reps can get up and running quickly thanks to the clean layout and smooth user experience.
The innovative features really stand out—email tracking, sequences, and automation save valuable time while ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. The integration with the CRM and reporting tools makes it simple to see the bigger picture and make data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, regular feature improvements build trust that pain points are taken seriously and product is iterative. I love the new workspaces because my reps need a command center. I love the customization to create the ideal workflow, build in custom approval system with variable approvers (HubSpots approval system is too rigid for us) and track adoption and training needs. We close Deals faster, with more data, improving our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint is Line Items as a second-class object, I need access controls and workflow functionality. CPQ launch doesn’t address my specific concerns but was definitely a need for many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needs a visual of the sales process with the flexibility of conditionals and required fields to ensure process. We need to track granular service purchases, value, and specific reps involved for commissions. We need to forecast and compare the forecast and actual realization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface my sales team has with HubSpot. It is easy for me to go in and see their issues as well as point them in the right direction for optimal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the academy video are out of date so training new reps or bdrs becomes challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows our reps to work in a centralized location without having to leave it at all for more information about customers.

I liked how easy this was for our team to on-board and adapt too and how it is constantly growing and offering new connections and tools.

Alot of options and can sometimes feel overwhelming.

As a new HubSpot user stepping into a new company, I’ve been impressed with how intuitive the platform is. Features are consistently designed in a way that matches expectations, which makes adoption easy and management straightforward. The learning curve has been minimal, which is rare for a CRM of this depth.
The pace of innovation and product direction are positioning it as our single source of truth for all GTM functions. Keeping our workflows within one system has significantly improved data quality, which has lead to more accurate reporting, streamlined processes and automation.
Instead of stitching together multiple tools, HubSpot allows us to operate from one centralized platform. It is proving to be not just a CRM but the foundation of our revenue operations strategy.

Amazing product and support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps all of our data organized in a clean usable format across programming. I also love that it continuously updates to be even better, incorporating integrations and AI support/enrichment.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is that currently the native integrations between Airtable and Hubspot does not include custom objects and relationships between Native and Custom objects so that is something that we are having to code/script for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is maintaining a solid data base across global programming for our organization and ensuring that we remain aligned both in our communication and approach.
Easy to keep up with sales tasks
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create notes and create tasks to stay on top of your pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals dashboard could use more features, I wish you could create custom tags and label your deals (like custom vertical labels that your team can create/ product labels that you’re selling to them and color code)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new Sales Workspace. We have spent a lot of time pulling our Sales Team away from looking at several spreadsheets, and their CRM, etc. This solution is phenomenal for being able to remain in one space, as well as the guided actions. The guided actions are a big one for me, we have a hard time getting our team to use the CRM so this is something that just makes their lives easier and gives them a base if they don’t know where to start
Also, i know it’s coming soon, but very excited to see the Sales Performance tool come into play!

What do you dislike about the product?
I actually am not sure if the Order Object falls into the Sales Hub or another Hub. We use it to integrate our Sales Orders into our HubSpot from our ERP. There are quite a few limitations with the object, lack of available associations being the main one and the only way to access it in the system is by going through the index views, no option on the navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate as much of the teams reach out and even assigning them tasks to engage with customers and/or leads. I know that is a very general thought but up until a year ago our Sales Team was still using pieces of paper and sticky notes for everything (if they were even writing things down). But a lot of times, they didn’t know where to start with their day. Now, their productivity has increased and they don’t need to remember, and the best part is their actually starting to enjoy it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the actionable data insights I have so I can dynamically respond to team or individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can get distracted with the amount of features I have access to, which is great! But it can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to see the success of our leads and how we are addressing new customers. I find great value in the success of those calls and actions taken.
