Sales management that is easy, simple, and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature of syncing Hubspot to my Outlook and my Calendar. This feature makes it very easy for clients to use my Hubspot booking link to book meetings with me and have that all automatically sync with my Calendar. It also allows me to log emails automatically with all the attachments included, making working with clients a lot smoother and keeping track of notes incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hubspot is how zoomed in the default view of the site is. This is just a personal preference, but I only use Hubspot zoomed out at about 80%. Another thing I do not like about Hubspot is the fact that copy and pasting certain information from the Contact Preview does not work and must be opened and manually selected to copy. It's a tiny inconvenience, but if it were approved I'd love that.

Great CRM for a growing company
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track everything all in one place from page views to phone calls and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Merging contacts can be a bit cumbersome and when there is user error, it is tough to reset information or recover the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a major problem that Hubspot is helping to solve. It's also great for giving teammates visibility into each other's communications.

A little slow to load and makes emails load more slowly

It makes emails really slow to load because of the cookies
I love HS is awesome for startups and lean teams. It’s a full suite for inbound.

Easy to use- all new features help for automation and provides good info when forecasting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling meetings for more than 1 person from the team. I have to do it manually. I also can’t link the contact us form to booking a meeting directly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all deals data in one place as well as nurturing all our subscribers base

Robust CRM - quite impressed!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Accomplishes what a CRM should be, easy access to customer communication and relationship details without all of the complexities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. It's no SFDC, but again, that's more of a good thing than bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a CRM, light Sales Engagement platform, quote creator, and e-sig all in one. All Revenue teams can leverage this.
Best Platform for Handling Huge Workload!
What do you like best about the product?
The constant reminders through tasks and meetings are truly extremely useful! When you're handling such a big workload, it often is easy to let clients slip through the cracks, but with HubSpot its almost impossible to do so!
Also the fact that I have meetings, emails and phone calls all logged in one place, with the chance to add notes and comments - makes it so easy that I can never come back to it and forget why I did something.
If you use the platform to its capabilities, that is actually take the time to log in everything, it can truly transform how you work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only downside would be the time it takes to truly use the platform, logging in everything is very time consuming and its easy to not see the value of it right away, but it does become beneficial down the line when you're super busy handling numerous clients.
I also do wish they had an option that tasks that are "overdue" are flagged after a day of no activity; I find sometimes I scheduled a task to be due where later a meeting came up, and so I dismiss the task and then forget about it until later!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that when I reach out at first people do assume its a scam, and so the fact that I can see if they are opening emails and how often they do so plays a big part in seeing who is truly interested in the platform and who just couldn't be bothered. This becomes a HUGE time saver later, which stops me from having to continuously call & email when they just don't care. So a small feature, but of huge value.
Hubspot has made it very easy to communicate on a daily basis with its integrations.

Hubspot's integration with Outlook made it very easy to track emails and schedule meetings.

I have not received any downsides with the system.

I love the integrations of deal cards, contact cards, company cards, etc. for easy grooming.

I dislike the lack of easy recommendations for contacts, as there should be an engine to recommend sales contacts given the data available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving sales prospect pinpointing - finding the best prospects for highest chance of deal closing. I've realized I can see who opens emails, which helps give insights into warm leads.
