Great CRM for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Task management, Call function, and definitively all metrics and report builder
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to track my target customers and search customers based on the geographical location/nation or country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficient warm lead tracking, good to measure the customer temp through activity feed

Very flexible CRM to track and get most of your sales activities

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is so much to the functionality within Hubspot. Additionally, I appreciate that everything is linked together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Hubspot integrations and other aspects of Hubspot were a little more intuitive. But the learning curve isn't terrible and it's pretty invaluable tool for sales and customer success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transparency across a sales team is a wonderful aspect of Hubspot and it allows us to maintain communications without being overbearing in our processes. Additionally--who doesn't love the automation

That you can manage huge amount of data from different sources

I would like to add certain things to my sales pipeline which are not possible; further integration to aircall could be better

i am scheduling calls emails and outreaches in general using hubspot and i realize that HS is helping me to keep track of my schedule and send emails fast
Very clean, easy to use and quick to learn

the sequences give me a chance to interact with my clients without having to spend a lot of time on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how there are no Timezone sections that can be utilized as a filter, slows down production.

I am making sure I am on top of my clients nonstop with the labeling and sequences, never missing a thing anymore.
HubSpot Sales is everything you need for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to get started, easy to use, and easy to train your team. The onboarding plan implemented by HubSpot also takes care of the heavy lifting for new users and makes them feel like experts quickly. My favorite feature is probably feeds, automatically sending a series of emails specific to an audience, profession or industry has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are elements of the workflow that need to be considered. Our salespeople tend to work differently and don't always see how tools can be applied to their workflows. Otherwise, if you have the ability to empower people and make them try, they will see the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team discovered the HubSpot Academy solution, and after integrating the free features, we switched to the HubSpot Sales option for even greater sales productivity.

the best i liked about hubspot is the tracking and analytics which is fully automated.

it is meant to facilitate all the the means of automation and analytics . cant be disliked

tracking each customer sales and analysing their sales weekly , monthly and yearly.
A great tool with great features
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about the HubSpot Sales Hub is the email sequence feature, in which I am able to schedule my 5 email thread according to time zone and HubSpot send those emails to enrolled contacts in a systematic order so that the recipient will not able to understand that this is sent by any tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike but I can say that pricing is very high for this platform and if I compare with the others tool it is really expensive, so I can say that I dislike the overall pricing of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is solving problems like, with the help of this I can automate my emails that save my time, I am managing all the leads in it and able to see the status as well. It helps us to convert leads into opportunities and finally convert those into the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am happy to recommend all the other connections who are considering HubSpot Sales Hub, that just grabs this, this is the best sales tool ever.

There is a lot there - unless you've had a lot of training in Hubspot it could be overwhelming.

Using it as our CRM. We are able to run sequences and workflows for reaching out to our customers.
Much needed organization to our Agency
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Hubspot we used a combination of spreadsheets, an email marketing system and shared documents to track customer activity. Data is now organized and reports for our sales meeting are much more productive.
The optional mobile app makes adding clients on the fly easy for the sale people. This was likely my favorite part of the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it took a while to shoehorn our existing workflow into the system. And, much like most CRM platforms its garbage in / garbage out so there was a steep learning curve for some of the staff in order to get the results we wanted,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, reporting, reporting! We really needed a better idea of where deals are, where the follow up steps are, and a way for an individual sales rep to send campaigns to their clients.
