Amazing CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Great suite of tools available and incredible training resources and customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capability is limited, so I'd recommend having another reporting solution to supplement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to effectively communicate with all leads and prospects.

Ok CMS with Flaws

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to sequence prospects, see which prospects are opening your emails or clicking on your content, and that you have the ability to see those insights in real-time from the chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that with this platform it is extremely hard to correct a sequence if a small error is made initially with the content for your emails. I also have noticed that the analytics are very limited for determining if a prospect is actually opening your email. For example, if you open your own email, it will count that as an open when it was not even from the prospect. I also do not like that the Hubspot platform is very challenging to work with if you have many prospects that you are uploading from Salesforce. I had to have a window open for my prospects in salesforce and then search for each of the prospects manually in Hubspot to add them to a sequence which takes a very long time. My company is switching over to Salesloft because Hubspot offered very limited capability for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the issue of having all of our prospects in excel files, and instead are able to put them into an actionable email and calling sequence. We have seen some benefits with using Hubspot such as the ability to automate our emails and assign tasks for each prospect, however, there are more cons than benefits using Hubspot since the analytics are limited and often inaccurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not use this product if you have the budget for a more comprehensive cadencing tool such as Salesloft or Outreach. There are many features lacking that I personally think are necessary to do my job as a business development representative.

I can focus and no need to remember for follow up. It usually helps me scheduling a mail at a later time.

once you enrol time is taken by Hubspot for sending the first three emails.

The only CRM I enjoy using — Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
SalesHub allows me to reach prospects and customers with ease. Their sequences allow me to reach prospects with automated emails, calls and texts. The new dashboard gives me up-to-date stats to see how I'm comparing my outreach from month to month. SalesHub also integrates with (almost) everything, making tracking, and my life, that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "insert meeting" could function better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesHub combines 5+ systems we used to use and puts all the data in one spot. I can add a task to a company, which has a client attached + the deal associated with said company. The cross-layering of data blends meticulously together and makes my job that much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows my team to create custom sequences and snippets of information. This can be used for current clients or prospects a like. It ensures that your pipeline is being communicated with. Hubspot also allows you to add variables in all of these, meaning all of your messaging feels custom to your prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sequences use normal fonts, have a disclaimer at the bottom. This leads people to believe it is junk mail. Although your messaging can be spot on, I feel like this sometimes leaves the reader under the assumption it is spam and will not respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the sequences, snippets, and task management, Hubspot allows for a seamless workflow. You can be sure no leads or customers are falling through the cracks. It also allows for a more strategic approach and increases your efficiency from a pipe gen perspective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I might be missing this, but other CRM and Sales Hubs have places for visual notes. For example, Salesforce you can go to the list of opportunities and see the notes for each. The sales rep could say their last action item. For example if I had a call with a prospect:

12-21-20 - Had call with CMO to discuss contract. Gave me the green light and the contract is now in legal review

These types of notes are hard to put into Hubspot. Or even just to update an opportunity/deal -- Spoke with the CTO and they asked us to reach out in March.

I find it hard to add status notes to deals in Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple views of contacts and companies makes creating active lists of your leads easy to manage and classify depending on what stage they are in. Transferring accounts, assigning tasks and applying triggers to actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when uploading information will be attributed to a similar named account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping deals moving by using the Deals dashboard has been extremely helpful in keeping on track of accounts and follow ups. Being able to quantify the sales cycle and how long until a close is reached is invaluable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful when uploading new contacts or companies as you can cause duplicates

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to do the basics for automating my sales funnels. The support team is really helpful, and the options within Hubspot allow me to grow my team and processes as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of areas where I wish I could do more with the tools, Workflows require a lot of manipulation and still don't work correctly 80% of the time. Same with sequences, pipelines, and deals in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot lets me automate my sales machine, I don't have to worry about client follow ups, or trying to schedule meetings regularly, it's all automated. As a result, I'm able to support more customers, and continuing growing!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and easy to understand and use. This made it easy to adapt to my work environment when I first joined.

I did not experience many downsides I believe that the platform was designed very well!

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is the tool that I have used the most in 2020, HubSpot Marketing is a really easy and intuitive tool to use. Gives you the ability to easily create sequence lists or automation and I can easily say that HubSpot has everything you need for CRM and marketing automation.

The ability to easily follow up on your leads and contact them is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Hubspot gives you the possibility to have a visualization of your data and is a tool that simply cannot be compared with others in the market.
From training videos to support tickets, you always find the solution to your questions.

HubSpot review after 5 months regular usage

What do you like best about the product?
Now I have used few other CRMs before HubSpot but can definitely tell you that this is the best I have came across. Here are few reasons to justify that - 1. Automated fetching of company details. It detects by the business email and fetch you details like company size, industry and lot more 2. Sequence feature (My fav) 3. External blog content by HubSpot for Sales guys like me. Their HubSpot academy is outside the sales CRM but has everything which can make you more wiser about the ongoing trends in sales, email marketing, operations and much more 4. Great support for organizations to make use of their features. They provide great assistance to organization who have just started using HubSpot like us so that we use their features to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using HubSpot paid version regularly since 5 months now, I have gauged few downsides of the platform here with - 1. The scheduled task cannot be marked from the Task tab directly. You have to do it directly from the company/contact or deal. 2. Saving a template / sequence template creates confusions sometimes. 3. Even being user country kept default it changes to UK or US codes in phone tab automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best one I could say is using sequence feature to reach potentials prospects. I set 4 sequence to get most replies on my cold email. In sales more the replies, more the leads & more conversion. Also the sync between the Gmail and HubSpot is awesome. Though you have to install a chrome extension.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The company has grown the huge way which is a known fact to all. But there is always a scope of improvement which I am very much sure HubSpot will cater to. For new users to get your hands on get the free forever plan of HubSpot and I m sure you will subscribe to the paid one because you know how much help this single tool can do in your different sales stages.
