What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things! Sales automation and sequences, in-app calling, easy reporting, automatic contact creation, to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
List of opens more easily after sequence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time in sending out emails to customers and prospects. My sequences have resulted in over $300,000 in sales and counting!

Hubspot Sales Review - Sequences feature

What do you like best about the product?
The Sequences feature is incredibly helpful for me. I work at a small startup as the only sales person and there is no way to consistently follow up with everyone I need to in a manual way. I use the Templates and Sequences feature in Hubspot so I can know that the customers and leads will get the touchpoints they need to continue along the pipeline without too much work on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to run reports on multiple objects. I would like to know which contacts have a task associated with them. It may be possible but it is not clear to me how to accomplish this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sales Hub as a force multiplier for me as the only sales person in the company. It makes me so much more efficient and I feel like the customers are getting more hands-on support even though it does not require as much manual work from me.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access/use. It is super simple to get started/use this program in managing our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, has been a seamless transition, customer support/knowledge center is always available for any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales hub has made it super easy to reach out to potential leads, manage, and nurture them. It has been the best CRM I've ever dealt with in my 5+ years in sales, it really is the best out there.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, and how effective the sequences feature is. Without sequences, my job would be so much more time consuming and much more difficult. Highly recommend for any sales or business development position.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish you could create a fold inside of a folder within the templates section. Our team all has their own names as a folder under templates, but cant create further folders within our individual folders for organization. Please add this feature it would help soooo much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving an enormous amount of time and gathering clients faster. We work almost entirely on email prospecting, so Hubspot is essential for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Having not only a CRM but lead sequencing tools is great. Tasks make it easy to stay organized and communicative with prospects. The analytics are also AWESOME. It makes knowing what strategies work very easy. Overall, the software is smooth-running, doesn't need to "load" constantly like SalesForce, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting/organizing tasks and leads can be a headache. Also, when there's an issue with the software such as a glitch, it takes a lot of time to get someone at Hubspot to handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall prospecting. It's the worse part of the sales job--but having sequences, easy lead imports, tasks, etc. makes it a much less daunting task when you're focusing on volume. It is also customizable which really helps any organization!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the sales dashboard makes communication between team members much easier. We can assign each other leads and then automate what is being sent out to clients so our messaging is consistent. Overall HubSpot makes my life way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are not available in HubSpot like being able to pause a sales sequence when you go on vacation. That being said I believe that feature is in production and it will add even more value to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub helps us track sales metrics, improve internal communications, and increase sales productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and offers everything I need to execute my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub can experience a few delays, but the HubSpot team is pretty good about fixing these problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects easily and quickly without fearing that my account will get shut down.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use interface, the workflow is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the customizations have limits (within templates, sequences) - wish there were more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping track of all my interactions with customers within HubSpot Sales Hub. I like how I can see everyone on my team's interactions as well - makes it easy to have all the information in one centralized location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore around first; there are some really cool and useful tricks that HubSpot offers (templates, tasks) that help you manage your workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is very useful and removes essentially any need for double work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot isn't great at allowing you to do things en masse - such as searching and adding multiple contacts to a sequence at once. Also there is a low limit on how many templates can be put within sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to manage a large pipeline - offering the ability to auto-remove prospects from sequences when meetings are scheduled, when they reply, etc.
