Startup friendly with a lot of valuable features
What do you like best about the product?
Email sequences, integrations with Zoom and meetings integrations, and even the marketing hub create a clear set of data on what's performing and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have some more flexibility and features for smaller sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to scale our efforts with a small outbound sales org. More meetings through automation.
Seamless and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create templates and sequences and the ability to see statistics for sequences. I also like workflows and being able to create those to make manual processes easier to automate
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we are unable to pause sequences for holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see statistics like open and click rates on sequences to understand what messaging is working

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence is an amazing tool that allows you to follow up with subscribers, clients and prospects with the information they are looking for in the timeline they want, so many of our subscribers and clients are about timing and not as much "if" they are needing our services but "when" they will be looking to engage with us. They give us specific timeframes when they'd like to hear back and what info they'd like us to follow up with that allows us to enroll them in a sequence and set it and forget it with ability to create tasks and follow ups to engage at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love the Gmail interface and ability to launch a sequence but would really love to see the ability to re-enroll a subscriber in another sequence right from the Gmail interface. Often times we'll get a reply from a client for different or additional info and would be great if we had the sequence link in the reply and avoid the multiple steps in opening in the CRM and then launching another sequence enrollment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement is about follow up at the right time with the info they are looking for. Sequence allows us to be attentive to our subscribers and clients needs on their timeframe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is highly recommended and can scale with all size organizations from sales pipeline product and services focus to SEO and e-commerce, support is amazing and the resource library for training and onboarding is ideal in a remote work environment

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like the tasks, reports and the way i can filter and prioritize my pipeline. Also, its super user friendly and the most amazing is that it allows you to make your calls thru hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to add here, I love all the features and cant think of anything to add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing time management tool, evereything that a sales person needs is in Hubspot.
Easy to use and highly effective!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up the sequences and the responses I get saves me time, allows me to hone into the right contacts with the right sequences without fear of them going into spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view of a company card is often difficult to understand when it comes to the status of the client. Rather than it being clear as day, you have to search to see if they're a current customer or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes there are glitches and it is quite slow, but the sequence portion of the platform is a game changer for sales reps.

The ability to use the app and send text messaging with ease

Sometimes the line gets cut off when I've called a lead through Hubspot

Ensuring that leads that have not been contacted don't go stale by evaluating team effort on a weekly basis.

Not all my emails have linked to my gmail even though I downloaded the adapter

Easier to stay organized/log meetings/ make call sheets

The "set it and forget it" type of functionality. I love the feature of having sequences stop once a response is received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using the tool overall so far, and nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems thus far. The biggest benefit is the time I've gotten back in my day.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for over 3 years; it's the best tool to keep all of my communication with clients, and I think the most valuable features are the templates and sequences, as well as tasks. It's so helpful to have the task open up my client's profile so I can take a look at activity to tailor my outreach. Sequences have also saved me a crazy amount of time sending one-off emails to hundreds of people daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike much about HubSpot; everything is easy to use and the interface is also really appealing. I would love to be able to create sequences with more than 5 emails and would also like the option of having our chatbots be Virtual Assistants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems my company was having is how much time they were spending sending stock emails to prospective clients. Sequences have by far been the best benefit that we utilize to maximize employee time. As previously mentioned, Tasks have been very helpful to keep our team organized.

The ability to send out sequences to all my customers.

That I am only limited to 500 sequence emails and can only send 50 at a time

The ability to reach out to different customers with the same message. Categorizing groups as one customer.
