Hubspot for early career professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy learning the integration, being a young professional in the sales industry it only took two weeks for me to get ramped up and learn the sequences + workflows. I love that you can see your analytics and track your progress day by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many downsides, but I would like there to be a one page dashboard of sorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a startup where you wear many hats, Hubspot lets me scale up my productivity to really work as 3 individuals. The scalability is fantastic.
Hubspot is great but...
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for marketing but not a great sales tool. I'm hoping the Sales Hub will change this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently but sequences data has been disrupted, templates have been wonky and phone calls have been dropped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and content evaluation. I'm learning what I should pivot my attention to.

Hubspot Sales Review
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. You can log or take calls, email and run reports all in one place. Helps keeps things organized. I like how it can run a call through the browser or through my phone. Being able to see my pipeline in a table view is my favourite but you can switch to the list view if you prefer. Leveraging the HS chrome plugins means I can in in HS without actually being logged in. I can change records while in my gmail so you don't have to be logged directly in HS to access it. If you are someone who wears multiple hats you can link in Customer Support needs or tickets (we use HS and JIRA and both can be linked). Easy to manage live conversations plus put links to my calendar for prospects to book directly when we may not be able to get to a live conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some small things that would help in the life of an outbound representative. Would like sequences to not thread subject lines. Also, the reporting took a bit to figure out but helpful. Would like to get a bit more granular (maybe I am missing this due to lack of knowledge). Would love to automate a deal to be closed lost if a sequence is completed without any action by the prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales so organization is key. Keeping a clean pipeline and active pipeline is required to be successful. COVID was a period of significant growth and without the ability to cleanly manage everything this would have been a much more difficult time to stay on top of things. Realized we could link our JIRA to HS tickets. This is helpful from a success side of things. Also, didn't know for a long time I could update my HS contact info while in my Gmail account.
Good service, some flaws, a bit buggy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the analytics, deal creation, and layout of the platform. I find that hubspot has a fairly user-friendly UI with great features for creating reports, and deal creation flows in an intelligent way. Tasks are well organized, and queues are helpful for keeping track of contacts. Workflows are a very helpful way to stay organized, lots of properties to group contacts, etc. I think that Hubspot does a great job of being accessible to pick up and also has more advanced options if you want in depth analysis. Playbooks are a good way to stay organized, and gmail integration is really nice. The companies layouts are very intelligent and I like that you can keep track of all company activity from that company page as well as deal pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing (can't pause sequences, mass enrolling is complicated) and the bugs and downtime make it a bit frustrating to use on occasion, though this has definitely improved in the past 4 months. Creating lists doesn't work very well, especially active lists. I think there could be an improvement in Sales Navigator integration to make it a more useful feature, and ZoomInfo could be integrated for easy access to contact information I also find that sometimes Notes won't save which is very frustrating when you spend lots of time on a note and then it is gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication is improved through Hubspot. We are able to get detailed analytics to improve our sales process. Benefits are keeping good track of deals, pipelines, progress on deals, etc.

HubSpot Sales Hub and the Sequencing Process
What do you like best about the product?
We started using HubSpot this past March 2020. Originally, we went with the "free" version which is great for start-ups and companies that just require a CRM to store contact information and basic CRM needs.
However, we quickly adopted the Sales Hub Pro and Marketing Enterprise for our growing needs. It has been one of the best decisions we have made.
HubSpot is very easy to learn and, with their technical help and onboarding, we quickly were moving through the sales building process.
One of the most valuable tools is the sequencing feature. I average 50-100 emails per day sent to various contacts both new sign-ups and existing users of our platform. Sequencing has allowed me to become much more efficient with my messaging and time to ensure all emails are sent both on a daily basis and on a reoccurring basis without me having to check-in everyday.
I like that I can set the days/times of when emails are sent both initially and in sequence. The templates have also been very helpful in giving me a way to adjust my outreach based on wording and specific times to send. The analytics around sequencing are extremely helpful in providing insight to when emails are being opened and also at what stage so I can improve future sequences based on open/response rates.
I can also add meeting links that directly connects to my calendar. Once the recipient responds or schedules an appointment, the auto unenroll feature kicks in which is extremely helpful to manage. It also sends me an email letting me know that a meeting has been scheduled, as well as, in Slack which is super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful non-feature in HubSpot sequencing is not being able to create an auto workflow that moves them through my current sales pipeline as the sequencing moves through its process.
For example, I send out an intro email, a follow up email, and then a break-up email. I have to put the dates in my calendar to know when to move them through the pipeline so I have an accurate snap shot at where each user is in the current pipeline.
I have figured out several short-cuts to make this process easier and I am a unique user in the amount of emails and contacts I keep in my sales pipeline. The normal user/company would probably not find this to be an issue at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we work with teachers, students, schools, districts, organizations, donors, and philanthropies. HubSpot Sales Hub has been crucial for us to be able to makes sense of all the moving parts and create categories to manage each individual process.
One benefit is the HubSpot Knowledge Base. Pretty much any question you have can be answered by searching for it. It provides detailed information and steps on how to achieve your goals and if you get lost, their tech team is available to chat and walk you through the process.
Another benefit is the analytics we are now able to track from marketing to sales. It is a great way to encourage individual teams and hold them accountable to the goals we have set as an organization.
A third benefit is how easily HubSpot connects to other platforms we are using which includes website, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Email, and AirCall.

Hubspot is great for enterprise business.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the "Best Time" to send email function. It's a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to increase by sales by 22% from 2019 to 2020. That overall resulted in an increase in revenue for my business by 88%.
HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I have everything in one place. The sequencing makes follow up, marketing emails and cold call flows so much easier! I love how I can track every interaction I have with a client and also see every interaction that they have with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the same data you can get from a work flow was accessible when using a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having a CRM all in one place and tracking data on what are sale cycle consists of is super helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want everything in one place, this is the sales hub for you.
Simplifying life of sales folks
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and personalization options are great! It really makes emailing much easier while providing a quick way to add a personal touch. If you use their other product suites it connects seamlessly. Would greatly recommend getting their other products along with their sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs work on analytics dash to truly tracked who opened the email rather than see the amount of opens. Seems like the only way to go in to see who opened would be going into the actual contact and seeing whether or not they opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized, Saving time and personalization. It's extremely important for individuals to keep track of their prospects and hubspot allows you to do that. In addition their templates allow for quick and personalized emails.
