My favorite CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequence features. You can easily enroll a prospect and there will be multiple follow-up emails sent on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Sales can get pretty pricey so depending on your use case, it might make sense to go with a cheaper software that has some similar features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to automated a lot of my job. It also cuts down the amount of time that I spend maintaining a CRM because a lot of the actions are done automatically.

I like the ease of use and the simplistic layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search results do not remain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to see when a prospect opens, clicks, etc. on an email from me.
Very efficient and user friendly system.

The email sequences which are customizable are very helpful and save a lot of time which can be used to pursue new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of the click to next task feature as Hubspot does not recognize time zones from area codes that can not be called at some certain times of the day.

Not have to manually generate as many emails.

We are using Hubspot to create more sales in our company and it has helped us close more deals faster

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub is very helpful for prospecting and keeping track of potential clients. I love the possibility to schedule tasks for each prospect, as to not forget the next step for each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like are the limitations for enrolling prospects in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me to keep track of my contacts and eases the sales prospection process. I've managed to reach out to a wider audience and organize my leads in order to follow up on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively quick setup, high customizability, good automation, easy administration, generally quick loading times, straightforward reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales email deliverability could be improved, further email personalization features could be added, option to trigger workflows from email sequences would be very valuable, calling is quite limited by countries, better LinkedIn integration needed, updating a meeting description (with notes) sends update to all participants, occasional downtimes for some features and slower loading
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time with prospecting and CRM, reliable one source of truth (when integrated well with all other systems)

Very easy to navigate, save me hours by automating my emails, it makes my job so much easier and I love it

I can't find one, it has given me much than I accepted.

I'm able to send automated emails, and also easy to track responses, and very user friendly.

Look no further this is the best marketing tool I have ever used, and I'm sure this what you are looking for.

Solved leaving follow ups to memory, through notifications, tasks, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless use of creating and executing sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the option to edit an email would be available for all contacts at once (without changing the original template), rather than one by one. This happens at the final stage, right before adding contacts to sequence.

It has made it much easier to personalise emails at scale.
