What do you like best about the product?
They continuously improve it. It aligns my sales team to focus on selling and works seamlessly with their other hubs
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish commerce hub was included in it also I wish sales hub seats could be given to super admins

Ease of use, UI is modern without being clunky and its an overall well built product about the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Want more integrations with our current tech stack. Today we currently use both sfdc and hubspot.

Contact record keeping and outreach automation.

We moved from pure email deal management to proper staging, notes, and managing contacts in one spot

Reporting capabilities - easily able to share a story to our stakeholders as to why or why not the biz is performing
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I would say more communication within the tool to give us an update on what’s new. Pop up notifications would be nice

Streamlining our sales process. Proper deal staging. Nurturing leads vs losing them. Avoiding spreadsheets. Proper lead distribution to the team.

How it is laid out and how easy it is to navigate all of it’s features

Frequent updates make things tricky to find occasionally.

Breaking down a lot of different areas of a CRM into one spot that is easily navigable

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is a very intuitive platform that makes it easier for my sales teams to focus on the customer rather than operations. Sales hub also provides amazing insights for managers to analyze and evaluate the health of the pipelines and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are updates which impact where things are and how they are named. It would be useful to give users or admins a heads up before making these changes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the amount of headache and work sellers have to do while making it easier for managers to analyze performance.

I like how easy it makes organizing customer data and tracking deals/deal progress.

Can’t clean data without paying a ton for data hub.

It helps me with organizing and tracking deals. I don’t use it for everything I should but I’m learning!
