Hubspot is a great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to learn, easy to use and extremely accurate to measure marketing tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very focused on marketing and maybe lacks more development in other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I can follow up on every marketing strategy and the effectivness of it.

If you are looking for a CRM that gives you a 100% in marketing campaign measurement, follow up on sales prospects and online meetings, Hubspot is a perfect solution.

We can do multiple task through this.its help us to create email campaigns, help to generate lead, also give access to design templates

Lota of features in one app, bit costly.

Newer User but Seems Great So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options and ways to market. We're relatively new to the platform but our outsourced marketing team is teaching us the process and we think it will add great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that we "dislike" about the product thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HEAVILY increased out marketing efforts. We're now able to market to 30,000+ potential investors for syndicating equity which is awesome.
Excellent Tracking for a small team!
What do you like best about the product?
From tracking leads through finalizing a contract, Hubspot is a wonderful one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of HubSpot takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it's a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team updated on business leads as well as where clients are in a contracting process.

Having a team lunch and learn to get everyone on the same page helps with kickoff and rollout!

What do you like best about the product?
Was really easy to import the contact list and many ways to schedule your day with whom you wanted to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to export some on the list of contacts, not the whole contact listing.

Connecting Hubspot Sales with Optin Forms via websites and Facebook/Twitter.

What do you like best about the product?
Data reporting abilities and the the capability to have various dashboard, making it much simpler to review all the teams work on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection with Gsuite is sometimes tough, causing a delay and not syncing correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the processes are simpler, more efficient, and have the opportunity to see on a high level and deep diving.

It’s a great product, smooth with tons of options that enables each user to hand craft their experience based on their needs
Best CRM I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot because it allows me to log calls, send emails, setup sequences within just a few clicks. I've tried a few other CRM's but it just doesn't hold a candle. Sending meeting requests, setting up email templates, and adding contacts is super simple as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as what I don't like, I don't like that I can't send meeting requests with a specific time zone. More often then not, I'm sending a meeting to a potential client that isn't in my time zone. So, I would love to be able to send meetings based on certain time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly solving the issue of being able to track what deals and where certain potential clients are in my pipeline. I've realized that also being able to set tasks and reminders for 40+ dials a day, is essential to staying on track and generating enough activity to fill a pipeline for the month.

I like the fact it’s user friendly. Has everything all in one place. Great for reporting!

How many errors and glitches there are on a daily and weekly basis

I recommend getting a contract that involves 24/7 customer support.
Great CRM for mid-size companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is a great tool overall for managing your inbound an outbound sales communications. You can pick up on information for a client right away and leave notes as soon as you finish talking to them. It's basically a glorified contact book.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't just set it up specifically for sales CRM, you have all the options for Marketing and Customer support in the CRM which makes it really confusing for new salesmen to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, we are using the CRM to make our Sales Process more organized as we are able to leave behind notes on a prospect and pick up as soon as we start talking to them. We have found this more useful as we can remember when we last had contact, emails, and previous notes without having to dig through our computer
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a nice scalable crm, I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM. It's fast and easy to get use to and it's extremely user friendly when it comes to getting your sales team organized
Complete scam, nothing works as promised and no support available!
What do you like best about the product?
Not a huge amount. Functionality is spotty at best and does not do many of the things they promise during sales experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where to start, features are missing or extremely unreliable, service and support don't know what they're doing, simple functionality is unusable and there are no ways to get answers from anyone, classic pass the buck culture and no one takes ownership to actually assist. Was promised ring central integration during sales and now 5 months in i still don't have it. Still don't have most of the features we actually bought the service for.

Go with Activecampaign or one of the cheaper options, its a huge time suck and will not provide actionable results.
