HubSpot is best crm for all industry
What do you like best about the product?
They auto capture your leads from email, chat or social media pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very costly. General company can’t afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can store all the leads we got from every where.

If you are startup and looking for all in one solution in one crm tool then HubSpot is best free tool for basic plan.
More than a CRM, a Cx tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from our own app, Hubspot is the most important tool for our organisation. We create automations, mass communications for clients, sales pipelines and measures. Not only a CRM but an important BI tool, without it our sales team would be lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the Hubspot community is very active and we can solve many questions there, I would like to be able to see what features are in progress to be able to predict changes and improvements in our flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating monthly client reports, setting pushes in our app, building dashboards for our team and even landing pages with js quizzes to attract and classify leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and understand all the possibilities this tool can offer. In first hand, you wont know everything you can do, but with creativity and chat support your options are illimited!
HubSpot is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Once I became familiar with the platform, I found HubSpot to be very user friendly. Most useful is the fact that several users may access the same profile and make changes, communicate, etc. Our team utilizes the reports for sales progress and keeping track of incoming processes for our clients/customers on a weekly if not daily basis - keeps us on track. I have not personally run analytics reports, however our department manager shares valuable information that gives us a peek into how productive our interactions are with our customers, as well as where we may fall short. I appreciate the feedback, and I look forward to meeting or exceeding sales goals for the following days, weeks, months and years.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I dislike how often email integration and SalesMSG integrations are interrupted, but it's a fairly easy process to reintegrate. i do still have more to learn within the platform, so it is possible I've yet to encounter any negatives, but I do not foresee that. I will likely try to build in some time to train further in the platform. I presume there are training videos on youtube or through the hubspot website. Perhaps only downfall that I can see is lost deals seem to go into abyss, unless we run a report to view and visit each site to reach out again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running reports and finding clients/customers who've fallen through the cracks - so following up on unresponsive or even reaching out to "lost" deals. Tracking employee productivity just by reviewing the activity is also very helpful in seeking how to train and improve performance.

Managing work flow and sales leads is a dream with HubSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
Able to upload contacts and searches seemlessly and have multiple categories.

There are quite a few fields that need to be customized to potential user liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a true CRM to house accounts and input data.

I found it very easy to use, but I have worked with other sales management software before.

It was hard for a few of our members to figure out and had a different experience across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No PayPal fees! That one is a big one for us, as a small nonprofit, the fees PayPal and other services charge are a bit steep. With this we have everything in one spot.
Great to have sales and marketing aligned
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use and the keep track of sales activities

SOme of the reporting around call activities could have been better - although they have made reporting better recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to make calls with clients, quickly and efficiently as well as segment users into leads, prospects, existing clients etc.

An easy to use but powerful tool, packed with features every sales team will need.

I like how everything is simple to allocate and even to create a contact or a company from the scratch

An Intuitive Tool for Marketing & Sales Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales hub is a template designed to help businesses nurture leads and win more deals - effectively. Once you have learned HubSpot's fundamentals (HubSpot has a vast library of knowledge-based articles and videos), you'll notice there are endless opportunities to optimize your sales processes. The best thing about HubSpot besides their highly intuitive sales templates is their customer service! Wow, I'm positively impressed with their customer service team members' dedication and patience. I can start naming all the HubSpot people who have helped.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot has many features to offer, their pricing is a bit steep. We started with the Marketing & Sales Starter plan, including essential marketing features like landing pages & forms and important sales features like Deal Pipelines & Simple Automations. These features are the right mix for a small business, but there are limitations to the quality of content and marketing design. You design a great landing page, and then you realize you cannot import it to HubSpot. The same problem occurs when creating forms. You cannot have the cake and eat it too in the starter plan. There are some hard choices you'll have to make in the starter plan for both Sales and Marketing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot's Sales Hub to understand our best lead source, engagement opportunities across the sales funnels, and focus on deals with a high conversion rate. HubSpot gives us the tools to do that exactly. With custom properties features, we can create properties that help us assign essential values for our sales and marketing teams. The analytics tools and report dashboards allow us to stay on top of sales opportunities. Most importantly, we can collaborate effectively across the sales and marketing teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small business with a Marketing plan that weighs heavily on design features (no compromises) , HubSpot's Marketing Starter has limitations, but it is a great tool to get started for sales. If pricing is not an issue, I would suggest using the Marketing professional plan - from the start! And if email automation and workflows are must-have features - you'll have to spend the big bucks.
Hub spot just makes sense
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot offers a free version so you can get to know your way around and see if it works for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the chat feature worked on the free version

We have so many systems to track new leads and where they are in the sales funnel. HubSpot’s dashboard makes it easy to enter contacts and track them from cradle to grave.
