daily use and powerful for modern customer oriented companies

Great Enterprise Sales & Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, I like using the HubSpot Sequencing Tool. HubSpot makes it easy to quickly enroll and manage outreach to several contacts and various accounts. The tool is intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "Contacts" page could be improved. It can be difficult to manage various "views." I would love to see a filter for "Last Touchpoint" on the contact view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is having marketing and sales on the same page in terms of campaigns and outreach. Since HubSpot is traditionally a marketing platform, it is very easy for both teams to use.
HubSpot makes my job easier in everyway possible.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it reminds me of of the tasks I had made. Following up on clients is just a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it when I call a contact and the phone do not ring but the client picks it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to constantly update management about my work. They can see progress right from the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great implementation even for a startup business.

What do you like best about the product?
User can easily navigate through the functions and features of this CRM
The main dashboard allows us to visualise our ticket pipelines, thus, making it easy for us to manage our day and prioritise tasks.
It makes for us easy to manage customer and their queries as we can do sort of things on just one page.
Email feature is great as it can be linked into our personal emails (gmail). Whenever our customer replied to our email, we will be notified via our personal mailbox.
I like the fact that that the CRM is web based so we don't have to download extra stuff on our PC. We can easily access it by clicking on the website or by bookmarking the site so it's always available in our tool bar

What do you dislike about the product?
The app tends to double the 'Action' on slow data. Sometimes with slow internet connection, features are not responding and when it does it usually duplicates our actions.
It would be best if the CRM will have a feature where it will notify you if someone is viewing the ticket. This way, no more than 2 people are working on the same ticket at the same time.

We're working on the customer service side of the business so CRM makes our job easy by helping us managing contact, accounts and customer easily.
It records all type of interaction we have for our customer from pre-sales ( quoting stage) up to post sales enquiry .
A lot of features can be found on one ticket, such as email, resolution, tasks, activities which means we don't have to go top another page while managing a customer.

It's a very simple web based CRM. I would recommend this for company who just needs the basic feature like contact and ticket managing, emailing and lead management

Nothing Much however I felt like few features can be added such as design and some other features like Push to Campaign Monitor with one click etc.

I mostly run email campaign and always keep eye on tracking its performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of learning and how smooth it is to transition between information. The ability to provide ease of access to information needed to produce the best quality product to our customers and prospective database. I was able to learn how to use Hubspot quickly and have been able to implement the knowledge gathered in the training system in to my everyday use of the system. The ability to track calls and emails from the beginning of a customer's life cycle through and beyond purchase is excellent. Not only from the sales side, but also from support and from the marketing parts of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are on a call with a customer and need to transition to a deal during the call, Hubspot does not transfer the active call data to the page which can result in losing information. Would also like to separate a section for just form submission so that we can easily access that information from the timeline. At times it does take a while to find the information or it does not appear. Which requires me to have to refresh the page or have to open up a separate tab in order to access the information while on a call with a customer.

Ability to coordinate client information with other members of our team and build reports that help use with production.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend going with Hubspot if you want information that is easily accessible for your entire sales force, from sales, support, marketing, and more to have access to contact and company information, in order to make your company as organized and coordinated as possible. Why is this not registering as complete. It is ridiculous that you are requiring all of this information to be inputted but are not marking this as complete in order the not offer the $10 that you said you would provide.

User-friendly, fast support. Nice Follow through on the support side after a case is opened.

No real downsides that I can think of. Love the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequence feature the best, I think it's easy to set up and has been very useful. I also really like Hubspot's categorisation of Contacts and Companies making it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it quite annoying that we can't mass unenroll people from sequences and I would also like there to be a feature where we can add multiple people to sequences and different time intervals

It helps me organise my leads and reach out to multiple people at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for keeping on top of your leads and daily tasks. You only have space for 1000 templates across the organisation so make sure you keep a copy of the email templates yourself as well.
How Hubspot considerably enhanced the way I use prospecting emails
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences and the tasks. It's amazing to be able to create and improve sequences and to get feedback on them. I can see the click and reply rate and upgrade my sequences accordingly. I have around 10 sequences for every situation and this kind of information helps me comparing them and see which one works best. Tasks are also very useful as they send me reminder emails and really improve my workflow. I don't need to use a pen and paper anymore (good eco-friendly solution) as I can just set a task and get a reminder on due date. I also really like how responsive the support team is. Every time I had an issue with Hubspot, the support team was always available to jump on a zoom meeting with me and fix the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The target accounts. There is too much information to fill and it can be quiet time consuming. I wish it was more simple. The decision making role and the buying role can be indicated with a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails takes way less time than it use to. Enrolling multiple contacts to a sequences helps me reach more companies and be more efficient at work. I am also way more organized thanks to the tasks system. I can give a direction to my day by managing my tasks in the morning, reply to my emails in the afternoon, and prospect in the evening.
I appreciate that the sales rep experience has been automated now.
What do you like best about the product?
Automating the sales into the CRM helps us track the journey of each lead and analyse its progress for the purposes of optimisation for further success. Prior, when everything was analogue, that wasn't possible and affected the integration of the sales team into a more cohesive relationship with marketing.

We can't customize processes and objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we use HubSpot for both a marketing and sales CRM, we get both detailed lead intelligence for sales reps, and full-funnel revenue reporting on our contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's helpful, in the sense of merging both the marketing and sales team together and on the same platform. This will assist in there being a better understanding between the two teams and a better flow of information from one team to another. The biggest downside it just not being able to to customise the processes; nonetheless, all else is useful and helpful.
