What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to keep all of my leads organized exactly the way I need them to be. I can quickly see any customers who have not been contacted yet, those that I need to contact again and those that have already created an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I like least is that you can only have 25 contacts in a column, and then need to keep clicking "show more" to scroll down further. I am usually able to search by name, but when I am not able to, this can get a little bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to better track my customers, as well as to see patterns of client sign-ups that I was not previously aware of prior to using HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me manage my accounts at all hours of the day or evening. If I am covered up with calls or meetings during regular business hours, I can still start an email sequence to begin at a designated time, along with scheduling calls for myself as reminders to reach out to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a lot of downsides to using HS. Sometimes the information that was transferred there from my CRM is not correct, but that could be on our side with administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach all of my accounts every quarter and HS gives me visibility into who has opened emails, followed links, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with gmail so I can add meeting links and personalize email right from my gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan or how manual the tasks feature is. I wish there was a way to automate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on gaining more interest in my company through the use of Hubspot Sales. The biggest benefit for me is the fully customized sequence aspect. I have found them to be quite effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have enjoyed my experience using this software but my advice would be to d extensive research before choosing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Is really intuitive, I love how easy is to make a task, and reminded me of the importance of this. Also, I can make my own dashboard easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that we need to pay extra to make templates.

What do you like best about the product?
With Sales Hub, my favorite feature is the notification you receive when a contact opens/clicks an email. It makes it really easy to indicate which person and at what time is best to follow up with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose - in the beginning, it was difficult for me to organize 10's of thousands of contacts with the available filters. I wished there was a more concise way to organize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass semi-tailored emails! With the sequences feature you can customize each email template and send them up to 50 contacts at a time therefore saving YOU time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub is extremely user-friendly! If I have any issue what so ever the support team is there to help AND resolve my issue within minutes. The platform automates most of your sales functions with the help of their sequences, templates, tasks, etc. making the sales team incredibly efficient - and as we all know in sales time is precious as it kills all deals ;)

Its incredibly easy to create contacts, tasks, and deals right from the HubSpot extension in your mailbox/Google Chrome. One of my favorite features is the ability to track email activities such as opens, clicks on links, etc.

My absolute favorite feature is the sequence tool. The sequence analytics dashboard gives me visibility into how effective an email sequence is when targeting prospects and specifically what emails are engaged with the most. It helps me to understand trends in sequence data and improve the effectiveness of my content and outreach.

Another thing worth noting is the appointment scheduler! I find it useful as it helps my prospects pick a time to meet/call at a time that is convenient for both/all parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish I had the ability to do is to create reports based on notes - for example being able to pull a report will all prospects that have "follow up in Q4 2020" in their notes section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Sales Hub to maximize the output of our sales team. It helps us to track and make better decisions to sell to the right customers and coach reps as it has incredible analytics data.

HIGHLY efficient for sales teams! Specifically with emailing.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot plain and simple makes my workday easier. Templates allow me to curate tailored content and messages to potential prospects.

HubSpot needs more integrations with tools like Crunchbase.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set tasks and view/pin lists with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when a customer opts out, they don’t disappear from my list which causes confusion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up appointments for clients who haven’t yet. I’ve realized how easy that task can be through hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
It is super user friendly and helps me compartmentalize my day as well as organize my contacts. I don't think I could have success without HubSpot's help.

There are so many things I still feel like I don't know because you can use Hubspot in so many different ways
