A helpful tool for the team to have sales information organized
What do you like best about the product?
It helped the CRM team to have information about leads and prospects, organized. The IT team was able to implement the sales hub quickly and easly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free tier, there is only one pipeline, which limited the hability to test the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing information about prospects and leads.
Sales Hub makes managing leads, tracking deals seamless, giving me a smoot overall sales experience

Sometimes the customization options feel limited compared to more advanced CRMs

HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep all my leads, deals, and communications in one place, which saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to focus on closing the right opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Hub allows our team to work together even when we are out of the office. We can see each other quotes and emails with customers and prospects. We routinely will help each others deals close. The quote tool has allowed us to show management what we are selling and where we are struggling. The process that Sales Hub allowed us to build has alleviated many stress points and allow us to focus on revenue. Only 1 team uses HubSpot Sales Hub right now and we are the only one that is profitable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has been disappointing for us, but not something that is a major cocern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem this solved was forcing us to focus on a process. The meeting scheduler has allowed us to have a more organized and focused day.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Workspace has come a long ways. I am excited about the new features and have our sales team using it for the daily dashboard. Look forward to where else you are taking it. Would like to see more goals related data here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the insights data don't match other activities totals. It would be nice to know where it is pulling the data from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is first CRM that we have used as a company. It has solved our issue of not having data, content at our fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helped us transform our business from fairly basic capturing of deals towards a robust engine for renewal management, new business acquisition, enabling to capture data for inbound business without additional manual input and helping to get smarter around our data. We’re currently exploring and utilizing more features across the software, especially Marketing Hub to capture the totality of customer journey throughout the funnel (forms, sequences, workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be curious to see more customization around financial reporting - especially around ARR Growth compared to last year - beyond the absolute numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Renewal management, new business acquisition, knowledge on existing and aspiring customers, in-person event management, inbound leads.

Intuitive and thoughtful
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of built in automation that allows me to quickly create tasks and logs without worrying too much about all the associations as there's intuitive automation to help associate entities easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native CTI interface could be more flexible perhaps. Forcing a standalone window experience can sometimes feel messy when the window gets hidden behind other windows.

For our use, mainly about keeping communication records with context. And we also develop integrations with hubspot.
