What do you like best about the product?
There are functions for any level: Hubspot was great when I just started and now as the company grows, there are still tools I need!

it lacks clarity on what's included in which plan

I set up sales sequences which easily replace an extra member of team for me with automated follow ups

Hubspot has tools for any level: beginners would find it useful on a day 1 of starting a company (I did) and then it can gradually grow with you, offering new solutions to the needs of a growing organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sequences and deal flows provides us with the ability to set off repetitive tasks and focus on higher value task within the sales team.
We've seen vast improvements on the number of customers we engage with via the automatic meeting links we can create, and we also distribute inbound deals evenly across the team via the round robin features available.
When creating new deal pipelines we've found it comprehensive, yet simple, giving us the flexibility to understand exactly what is happening with each of our customers at any given moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping companies and deals together is sometimes messy, and the reporting doesn't work particularly well for the way our business runs. this mainly rears its head when we onboard a new referral network, as we look to provide either commissions or discounts to referees. This can become arduous and manual as it's difficult to associate one company with another group of companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate our account management to a degree, as well as customer engagement via our triggered sequences. This allows us to focus on higher value tasks with out outreach and customer success, while still maintaining contact with existing customers that are self-serving.
We also have a great integration with our support tools, so technical support and account management both have clear visibility with any updates on a customer, which can become a complex issue. A 30 minute meeting is now a 30 second glance at a contact/customer record.

My recommendation to anyone looking to use HubSpot Sales Hub is to set up tags before you import any historic data. Tagging is a key way to ensure that you can search, segregate, delete, and maintain data you hold in the system.
I would also recommend utilising the video tutorials provided before commencing any work, as this will ensure you have a basic understanding of the system before using, as it is so feature rich and can become confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is well organized and user-friendly so it can be utilized easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is when the site is down or when updates are being implemented.

HS Sales Hub is my sales sidekick that helps me run my sequences and complete tasks smoothly throughout the day.

I love using Hubspot! I’ve used it in a few different roles and it’s very adaptable for your organization’s needs and workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot in a few organisations now. Previously I have mainly used it for sales and I have found using the filters and tasks a great way to know which prospects to follow up and when. The email templates and sequences make outbound emailing so much more efficient.
In this role, I have added the full marketing suite and integrations with webinar and video platforms and found a new level of awesomeness being able to see every email click, video watch, PDF view and score each contact according to their activity.

The blog templates and landing page templates are quite limited, as they can not easily be customised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping leads from falling through the cracks. Identifying contacts who have higher chance of converting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organizational structure and ease of use with HubSpot! It is very intuitive and definitely helps keep me on task!

There is nothing that I found unsatisfactory about it so far.

I have so much on my plate and the template emails are a real time-saver. I can communicate effectively with prospects and current customers with a few clicks of a mouse!

Take it for a spin. The only way to truly get a feel of the application is to get in it and play around.

A way to organice a team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all the people in the organization can see an email or an issue we are dealing with, that way anyone can check the status of the process of the matter
What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t like that we have to download each file from a note or an email, there´s no way to download all of them with one click as in Outlook or Gmail accounts where we have an option of download all, and it makes me lose time when it has more than one files.

When a customer call asking for the status of an issue and anyone can check the previous replies or if someone is working on it already

Great way to work sales leads
What do you like best about the product?
The tools that identify what sales leads have done with the communication you provided them. In other words - having the ability to see when the lead (customer) has opened an email or clicked on a link shows us their level of interest. Being able to organize my workflows has also helped my business, i not only use HubSpot for sales but it is an excellent tool to track production and keep track of customer records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching and filtering lists are a bit clunky. The properties need to be duplicated from the deal to customer to company. You should be able to see the address of something no matter if you are on the deal or company or property. To make that happen you have to create properties for each one and entire them at separate times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to scheduled sequences and stay in front of our customers has meant the difference of winning or losing a job. The communication tools HubSpot Sales provides allows us to build trust and gain awareness in our market space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is flexible, it provides you the ability to grow without any upfront cost. The support has been excellent. The basic model is free and offers a lot of help to organize contacts and jobs. Their other tools help integrate businesses' efforts to support sales and operations. I have found their CRM to work extremely well for my business.
