I have a Love-Dislike relationship with the the sequence emails in Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create multiple emails and then schedule them to be sent out over a period of time. I love that if someone responds to an email, the software will remove them from a sequence. I like that it keeps track of who is opening my emails, who is opening the PDF or other documents that I attach. I can see who may be interested in our service and focus on them. It's also nice to be able to create multiple sequences so I can do A/B testing to figure out what content will get the most response.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the absolute most about this software, is the fact that it does not keep track of how many emails you've scheduled for each day. With our subscription, we can send 500 emails each day. But it the software seems to only count the number for the first email, instead of all the emails in the whole sequence. So then I get hundreds of emails back and have to go back in and reenroll all those contacts again into the sequence. But the customer service was great when I called!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to be able to send emails using the templates and sequences that we've created in Hubspot. It saves a lot of time as long as I haven't sent 500 emails already.... then it's a time killer! It's great that it gives you a report for each user. It will tell you how many emails and calls were made, as well as, how many meetings were scheduled. You can look at those reports daily, weekly, or monthly which is extremely beneficial. It's also really nice because Hubspot keeps track of everything, all contact for a client is in one spot. As long as you make calls through their system at least.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great place to keep track of sales. I am sure I am not utilizing it to its full ability, but I like what it can do. My only hold up is the fact that you can only send either 500 or 1000 emails each day depending on your plan and the software doesn't track that for you in your sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using HubSpot Sales Hub is the user interface. The ability to do everything within the platform saves me time and energy going between email, phone calls, etc. I can spend all of my call time focused in the interface with deliberate times for breaks as opposed to the distractions
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a feeling of disconnection from the hub sometimes where I don't know what's happening or why? The good news is that when that happens, often a page refresh does the trick. Also, sometimes Hubspot can be aggressive with upsell and causes a Big Brother feel that I am being watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy for me to seamlessly integrate calls, emails, note-taking, social media, and meaningful metrics into a one-stop-shop for my day and to connect with my colleagues to stay on top of our work as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware aggressive sales from HubSpot. They have a very distinct style and approach and you will need to push back in order to evaluate on your own.

Makes follow ups easy

What do you like best about the product?
With tools like sequences, you can easily follow up with leads and track progress on deals. All of the guesswork has been removed. By creating emails, tasks, and to-dos within the sequence, you will never have to spend time wondering what your next steps are within the lead. You have the freedom to take holidays without the worry of sacrificing the lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if your team is not utilizing it the same way. If not everyone is on the same page, it can create double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesHub, I can easily organize my leads through each step of the sales process. By utilizing Sequences, I'm ensuring my leads are receiving thoughtful communications delivered on time without having to stop what I'm doing. From beginning to end, my leads are receiving information to help them throughout the decision making process.

Aside from ease of use with leads, I find it helps with communications within the team. We can communicate directly on the deal page to keep track of all moving parts within the deal, eliminating the need for emails back and forth or external communications.

The ability to track emails within the deal page allows you to easily see when a lead has read your email so you can have more on-time follow up as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From reporting, to analytics, to deal implementation, I would recommend Sales Hub for all sales teams. You will not find an easier software to help keep your leads and deals organized.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create sequences and also task reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the PandaDoc integration was a little more intuitive for first-time users.

able to track our pipe easier and also able to manage potential prospects.

Love it I've used a few CRMs and it's been my favorite so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sequences function in HubSpot is fine-tuned for a realistic and personal automated approach to the first reach-out for a cold contact. Having used other tools, HubSpot blows them all out of the water with its ability to personalize a sequence for each customer with minor details that appears in all ways as a personalized single email to the contact. I'm able to blaze through new prospects, by reaching out with valuable resources they can use for their business and give them a chance to reach out before I call them directly which to many people, is an intrusion. Once the contact responds, they won't receive a 2nd or 3rd email, but when they don't respond an automated task to call them is put into my calendar. I love HubSpot and don't know what I did without it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot I don't like about HubSpot, but I'm always putting ideas into the Feedback section with ideas to make things even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a hard time organizing my prospects previously so that I could easily call "one after another" when I'm ready to sit down on the phone during the day and do my prospecting. The activity widget makes it easy to click next through calls and easily finish my "To Do" list each day.

Enter your old WON business as you get started to really learn how to use the system and get a sales cycle going that works for you.

Helpful Tool for Sales Reps

What do you like best about the product?
Emails are automatically logged & sync up with companies to allow easy tracking of client communication. Setting up email marketing/sales sequences to prospects is such a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it difficult to separate clients that have responded to my sequences those who have not. There does not seem to be an easy way to re-enroll prospects that have not engaged with you yet to a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses HubSpot for great visibility into prospecting & preventing overlap in outreach. It also allows us to track deals & log meetings.

Automated pro-activity!

What do you like best about the product?
So far, my experience with Hubspot has been a good one. The software has enable my workload to become slicker and more productive, not to mention more pro-active. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use and customize for my needs. Plus it's improving constantly and when I've had a problem they have resolved it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm on a customer or company page I just wish I could customize the right side of the menu. For example on the left side of the screen you can customize what order you can see the customer information like zip code first or phone number, etc. I also wish there was a way to universally update how I organize the data when I view multiple lists.

I also wish there was a feature to consolidate wasted space when viewing my contacts activity. Much like how Gmail allows you to show your emails in a relaxed or more compact way. I like to see lots of information at once rather than scrolling around for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track and in contact with more customers. Automated reminders and tracked emails are wonderful!

It is awesome and improving even in the two months I've been using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive and if you need help there are a number of different ways to get it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't have the full functionality of the Hubspot platform on the APP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create templates in Hubspot which ends up saving me a lot of time. Also, by using the customer type, it is very easy to send out to anyone in a customer category at one time rather than sending each one indicidually.

What do you like best about the product?
the layout is simple and easy to use. A good reminder to keep your customer in touch
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding photos to template is not the easiest and Contacts first name and company name doesnt always show up, even after previous emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 700+ account is not easy. Task reminder helps me to stay on top.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good advice is to check for daily tasks and utilize your templates to reconnect to your clients in a timely matter.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible everything is. and how easy it is to navigate through the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, hubspot lags, and doesn't call people the first time. Also, sometimes tasks that I create for myself get finished when I'm doing custom tasks that hubspot makes, and it makes me lose a client over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Same as above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a couple of days, and you will be ready to use Hubspot. Very user friendly.
