Smooth way to engage effectively your prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and modifying sequences as well as meeting links. I also like the possibility of easily modify sequences and set task with prospects. Finally I love the integration with Gmail that allows to interact without leaving Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes multiples contacts are connected under the same domain and hubspot is not able to understand it and unroll from a sequence. Same thing happen when there are customer service software that change the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email sequences and Meeting links. Very easy to use and to manage, track records and engage with new prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really great software. Awesome for CRM for small company and also for email tracking, email automation, calendar link synchronization. I love also the data and insights it shows to me and make me measure and improve my performance. Very important is also the customer service associates. They are really professional and responsive, solving all the problems and questions a user might have. It also offer many integrations with the most common softwares to ensure a great workflow.

Sequences have been an integral part of our prospecting efforts. We love the ability to track communication and the automatic task creations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't seen any downside yet. The software has been able to scale with us nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to contact a LOT of prospects with a relatively small team.

The pricing worked really well for us, just make sure you know how many users you are getting in your package

email settings are a bit redundant but other than that everything else is good

User Friendly & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and has lots of customization options. I really like how I can filter things in tons of different ways that enable me to work my contacts in the most efficient manner. The email templates and sequences are also extremely useful. Sequences enable me to send bulk emails that save me hours of my time and help me find the most useful connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any issues so far. I like Hubspot and everything that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my contacts and leads organized and moving forward. I have become much more efficient and been able to expand my reach 20x more than I could without Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and definitely the Queues. They make productivity increase by jumping from task to task. When I first started using it, I never used queues, and I would have like 50-60 tabs open a day. Now that I use them, I can just have my primary tab open and jump from call to call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to find records I accidentally close. Would be nice if there was a spot for recently visited. Also would help if someone calls right back to navigate directly back to them. I also might just not know where this is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Deals and keeping on task with what needs to get done. The benefit of having everything linked helps a lot. Can jump between customers, companies, and deals at ease.

The marketing and sales integration makes it fairly easy to track and define areas of opportunity within the prospect-base.

I wish it was easier to segregate leads, prospects, and clients

I love that ability to track contacts task, deals and see percentage as they funnel down to close. Set automation for deal pipelines.

I dislike not being able to modify the life cycle stages

Setting task for deals/contacts then having to manually associate that task with the pertaining deal/contact/company.

I'm solving my live transfer conversion rate problem, finding out where i'm losing deals.
