Getting the most out of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can design any number of dynamic email templates and automate the whole response process for your leads. Saves time, allowing you to focus on whats important. Finding more business!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that when hosting content via ubspot, eg: PDFs, Docs etc. When linked these in an email, the recipient needs to verify their email address before seeing the collateral. This I feel puts off prospects as it breaks up the customer journey. Perhaps you can switch this function off, though so far, I've not found an option to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The templates when used accordingly are extremely helpful for time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to lose your page when accidentally clicking the back button or lose a call from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker lead to enrollments are the benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automations and ticket enrollment triggers along with pipeline segmentation with corresponding statuses for company accountability
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can become cumbersome with the sheer amount. Further contact management would be helpful to delete those that are completely dormant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact/customer outreach, checking-in, Lead opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
User interface, snippets, templates, automation of tasks/workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy at time. Team inbox interface is not really nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing tons of client information in a simple format. Having to keep multiple staff altert to all files on a client.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that this platform allows you to consolidate all of your interactions with your customers - not just emails, also calls or any other communication that you or other members of the team have had with a certain customer. This makes it easy for all teams to be on the same page and for communication to be more relevant to the customer. I am also very happy to have the opportunity to use Hubspot Academy to learn about all of the features of Hubspot and make the best out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are only able to enroll 50 people at a time to any given sequence. However, it obliges you to make everything more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track communications with clients in an effective way. I am able to track emails through my own Outlook and it allows for more efficient sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn about all of its features, and Apps you can download to make the best out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and understand for the not so tech saavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, it is very productive and covers everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get easy reminders, time out all emails I send, plan my day and more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t use any other CRM, this is by far the easiest most productive one I’ve ever used. It helps me stay organized and gets tasks done quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of design. You don't need to be a CRM expert to utilize more then half the features of HubSpot.
Sequence emailing/tasks is also a terrific feature. Creating a sequence from pre-built templates or an original design makes for a stronger overall product.
Additionally, the emailing tips and best practices are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help is sometimes very vague and you have to do more searching for assistance then you should to answer a fairly straightforward need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuous communication to customers is the main problem being solved with HubSpot. The tool makes it easy to set your tasks for the day, communicate with customers in bulk, and tracks all customer traffic. I've used other CRMs in the past and they tend to be more complicated and structured around analytics for management. HubSpot has the analytics, yet leans more towards a tool that truly helps create sales activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If comparing CRMs, make sure to look into the tools provided for what you ultimately want - sales. HubSpot is that product. Comparing reports, graphics, and user interface is great; but look for hints, tricks, guides are available in the CRM to enhance your sales team as well as the customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to keep track of all my deals seamlessly, and get reminders to follow up with people as I see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using it for too long, so haven't come up with any negatives yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out email sequences, which gives me a much higher response rate to emails. Before I knew how to use the sequences I would try and send follow up emails manually. Not much success there as the timing was always different.

What do you like best about the product?
logging emails and notes for future reference was the best. It helps me to keep a track of all the information regarding my work and I don't have to worry about having a notebook and a pen with me. It helps me t log my tasks and even gives reminders which really is the best thing so that I dont forget any tasks that has to be done. Another best thing is how we can upload documents, it helps us keep a track of our documents and refer to them when ever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I dislike about hubspot , it has been a great help since the time I have started working on it. It even seems to very user friendly, no one needs to train anyone how to use it it is so simple that everyone can figure out what they need to do and how to use it. But sometimes outlook emails doesn't link to hubspot and that isn't big point as we can log all the emails and calls. That is the only thing that I did not like as of now. But again as I mentioned we can log everything manually and it takes few seconds to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using deals and tasks options under Hubspot sales hub and also schedule my meetings through that! its easier for me a I don't have to send separate link to my clients to schedule a meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel every organization should have a platform like hubspot to make their work well organized and simple.
