Powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many possibilities included within one tool, HubSpot's CRM. It allowed us to cut quite a few different tools that more or less integrated together.
I like working on email tickets, tasks, managing the chat on a single platform; that saves some time in our days.
I also like working with contacts and companies lists and filters, to see global pictures of the accounts I take care of.
Creating workflows can be a challenge but it's worth it because it enhances what we can do with HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not perfect, nothing is, I would like to go deeper into what I want to do with the automation workflows, I would like to see an easier syncing between contact, companies and tickets properties, but it already allows us to do a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We gain in efficiency by needing less different tools because it includes a ticketing system, mailing management tool, an online chat, a task management feature, a meeting booking feature and it connects to a video recording tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do an analysis of your needs, what you want to get done; compare different CRMs. Evaluate how custom your needs are, see the manpower you have to customize things and develop workflows; work with the trial.

Integration with Gmail and Google calendar and the ability to sequence

Contacts/Companies/Deals are not intuitive, do not connect and sync.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great so you won't forget about your clients, it's also great to track all Deals, Tickets or quotes you may have active.
What I like the most is how you can manage the properties according to your needs so you can then use them to filter.
Another GREAT thing is the Company database. So for each contact with a registered company you get the whole information about it.

What do you dislike about the product?
One small but life changing detail: Add tokens to the Task title. In this way you can filter them from the queue without having to actually enter the task (useful when handling a lot of them)
Although there is a lot you can do, there are also a few details or features that would make things much easier.
Like I'd like to have more options when creating a property, or also be able to edit Hubspot properties since they are very useful.
Like, I want to also be able to use the call outcomes or types as filtering properties. In this way I can filter all the calls with Wrong Number and do a bulk delete on the phones and assign the right property to that contact.

Keeping track of all of our clients, whether they are customers or leads or prospects.
It's when we keep track of their activities and ways of interaction that we can take care of them in a more personal way.
So I think the ultimate end to it is the great customer care you get to provide.

Great organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it is required to refresh HubSpot several times throughout the day typically. Also, how you cannot search a prospect by their organization like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The power of a sequence -- how it saves a lot of time versus generating individual emails and phone call tasks.

- Could improve on the personalization part - like including templates for videos & images
- Would be great if the threading emails option can be customized - for example - I want the first three emails to be threaded and the last two emails to not be threaded.

It's a great tool, that has a big community of users.
Awesome user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user-friendly. They have a nice layout and really make sequences easy to navigate for those who aren't familiar.
The most important thing is making sure your team is utilizing all of the same features and really keeping the CRM organized correctly otherwise it can become a mess.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems is having all tasks in one place. Making sure I'm completing those tasks daily and setting reminders for follow ups.

I would like to have some area where I could see the live analytics about the performance of every member in the Pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow-ups for moving forward the deals inside the Pipeline.
Tools and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the view of the customer's information not only with preset variables but also being able to make ones that are applicable to my company. It's wonderful being able to track, search, and filter using all the information that is input on the profile of the customer and the business. I do wish there was a better way to connect the same person with multiple businesses, in case they have multiple businesses, but you want to keep all the notes and contacts together to limit the number of duplicates. I have been using HubSpot for about 5 months now and so far, that is my only feedback of something I would like to possibly see improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to find duplicates of customers. In our industry and I am sure in most, were you have the same customer with multiple email addresses, and every time they use a new email address, it creates a whole new profile for them. Of course, being vigilant and remembering to search for duplicates is a way to combat this issue, but it would be wonderful if there was a way for the system to recognize the same name, phone number, or the like that would recognize that there is a possible duplicate. Then there would be an alert sent to the system or the contact owner to let them know that there is a possible duplicate of that customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is extremely handy when working on goals, setting KPIs, monitoring and preserving customer information, and even being able to remove what you no longer need. It has become the main tool that I use for almost everything that I do in my day-to-day. I also really love the ability to tad co-workers in almost any area on the profile of a customer. This can be a very powerful tool when everyone is extremely busy, working from home, and you want to make sure that the right people are helping the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you aren't familiar with software, it may take some getting use to with all the different options that are offered, but its quite a simple learning curve. Of course, if there is someone who knows how to use it generally, have them show you the main functions that work for your needs and then play around with everything. I love sequences, templates, and snippets. They make my work much faster, I get more accomplished daily, thus helping the expansion of my company as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot can tack everything. Leads I manually enter, upload leads, leads that come from my website, people who call in, etc. Everything gets stored in here with each interaction i have with the prospect. I can make notes, move the lead status and everything. It's also helpful when you have a large sales team so no one reaches out to someone you've already emailed or called in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of great features in the free mode, but some small things we would like to use like automation or reporting are on a paid plan only and that kinda sucks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all our leads in one place so every salesperson we have on the team knows who we're reaching out to, where the lead status is, notes, etc. It keeps everything incredibly organized and simplified for our team. It also helps that this connects to our CRM, chatbot, call system, and basically everything else we use. It's also awesome how the program can track emails so you can see email opens

If you're looking for a CRM system that integrates with just about everything then this is the perfect solution

The inability to track number of proposals that come from each sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see more metrics and to eliminate the busy work of follow ups. This allows me to contact more people each week.
