What do you like best about the product?
The ability to segment lists based on analytics properties and make custom lead scoring models. Import functionality is simple. Deduplication uses ML and does a great job finding contact and company dups. Most of all, HubSpot combined 3 major platforms into one (MailChimp, Google Analytics, and our last CRM). Putting all the pieces into one platforms prevents us from having to do major DevOps projects to sync and compare data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is constantly updating, so most of the things I used to complain about have been taken care of. They still don't have an integration with Microsoft Teams, which is a barrier for our sales team. Some UI features are weird (can't search for company name in the deals screen). Overall, they are listening and improving so I don't have any issues that I think will not be solved in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to segment our leads for our team. HS gave us a way to easily say, "Here's a list of contacts that are visiting our website on a regular basis. They deserve a call." The ease of recording all the activity associated with a contact on a deal has been a game changer for reporting, too.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use - and of all sales systems / CRMs / prospecting tools, this is the system I have found sales people like the most. It is also scalable with your business - which means it is a low initial setup cost. The volume of different tools also means that your sales team can use this system for most of their sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you grow the pricing can escalate very quickly, and the justification for the cost can become a point of tension. There can also be tensions if you are using hubspot when integrating with other systems such as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an all-in-one marketing & sales platform. Providing the sales team with complete access and visibility of marketing results, helps improve the overall relationship between the two teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is part of a wider hubspot implementation then I wouldn't hesitate. If it is standalone, there are better tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly interface. Very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant scope of improvement exists. Need to act on user suggestions more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to quickly act on inbound queries. It integrates with multiple systems which makes reporting unified.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence feature wherein you can add the contacts and the mails would be send according to the time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be more personalised like in the meetings tab, only the meetings that I’ve set up with the prospects should be visible not that all the Internal meetings Should also be attached

Whether the suspect has opened my mail or clicked on the. Unsubscribed list

What do you like best about the product?

Keeping track of all prospects, never losing track of any of them, successfully moving prospects through the sales funnel

Good CRM with decent degree of customizability. Especially the integration with Marketing Automation is useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The e-mail tracking capabilities & phone call tracking. Sales support has been excellent thus far while learning the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am still learning the functionality, I cannot seem to be able to print directly from the CRM. It may be possible, but I haven't been able to, nor have I spent that much time trying to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large database of contacts. It assists with follow-ups, action items, creates quotes. Time saving benefits in sending out e-mail blasts, follow-ups, bounce back rates. I am sure there are many more benefits, as I continue to use it.

Free version is an excellent product!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of features even in the free version. As I start out my business, costs are a concern. But Hubspot records and tracks my leads in an organixzed an efficient manner. Also the email feature is very user friendly for our monthly news letter.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot of support unless you pay for it. But that's understandable given the price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my leads, record the interactions and progress and maintain their information for future use. The excel spreadsheet I was using before was adequate. But this software has a potential to grow with my business.

What do you like best about the product?
An Intuitive and Affordable CRM Solution

If you're new to CRM and already use HubSpot's marketing or sales software, then HubSpot CRM is a fine choice as a natural addition to your sales and CRM solutions stack. It's straightforward to set up and use, with plans to fit every budget. Also, the activity tracking feature is clutch for staying on top of your leads/ Super helpful tool for knowing when to get someone on the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Information in the Deal Headings. It would be cool if you could see the last meeting date, closing potentials or notes on the file without going into the account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me become more organized & efficient with my day.

What do you like best about the product?
the email tracking system, lead tracking, sales automation, dialing and maintaining notes and following up is so easy with Hubspot, extremely good customer care team

sometimes merging two leads, customers is not possible, else its just an amazing tool!!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track progress the work you've done and be proactive when utilizing certain features it allows you to do. Like, getting notifications on emails you've sent with clicked links/read emails/task reminder emails, etc.

At the moment, I don't dislike anything from HubSpot.
