HubSpot CRM is SUPER user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the system is to navigate compared to SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much i dislike about the system. Because it removes manual data entry, it makes my life so so so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm definitely solving the problems I used to face with manual data entry, and tracking the progress of my deals. It's made my day to day life so much easier
Full Service CRM that's advanced but still easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of Hubspot and how anybody at any level of the organization can use it. But it's still advanced enough to offer advanced marketing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Ecommerce is not automatically built in. Tracking revenue is a very important thing and this simply doesn't do that unless you get a plug in (which we had to pay extra for)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several automated workflows that go out to users/customers at every level of the customer journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can plug in lots of different extensions. If you have an ecommerce site, make sure you look into finding a good plugin to sync your ecommerce data into Hubspot. This will help you connect purchase data to your contacts so you can run loyalty campaigns and other types of campaigns.
Good low budget CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with CRM for a long time and I think this is one of the most cost-effective. You can't compare the level with SalesForce or CRM which are premium but the truth is that for a small company that is trying to create more efficiency in its sales department, HubSpot is a very good choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some functions or statistics the tool falls short, it is not as professional as other more expensive CRM, but for its price it works well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in the sales department where I work the team is small, the truth is that I think that to standardize the process, adding information in one place of companies, profiles, and prospects is very good. Maybe everyone on the team can follow up on the actions that others are taking, details of the companies, meetings, conversations they have had in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you need a simple and cheap CRM this is a good one. Not with a lot of functions but works really well with a small team. Customer services are incredible!
Task and Pipeline organization is amazing in Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize the flow of my sales pipeline is very helpful. On top of that, the automation features helps cut down on tedious work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t ran into anything yet, still learning ins and outs of system. There were some difficulties importing from former CRM system to this one though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to outline, and plan out current deals have made things smooth. I like the ability to see what my whole team is working on besides my own work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful especially if you want to organize your sales pipeline to help close more deals

I have been very much enjoying using hubspot as a CRM- it is user friendly !

The integration that comes with the wordpress site making it easy to host landing pages and blogs

The sales feature should not be an additional cost, it is pricy for the package especially because my company can not use it to the fullest potential due to the version of outlook we use

THe main issue has come from the fact that we cant integrate our calendars to schedule meetings
Helps Streamline Most of our Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for providing us with the data needed to engage with our clients and prospects. We use Hubspot within marketing and sales and it has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of work and expertise to manage it. We have a dedicated person that does a lot of the heavy lifting but a lot of organizations that we connect with within our network has switched to Marketo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get great data and analytics on who has been on our website and we have the ability to email them from the CRM and track emails as well. We recently enabled the chat functionality which has been great so now we can chat with potential clients on our website via Hubspot and the data is stored in the CRM and we are able to pull reports from it,
Hubspot´s CRM is use-friendly and great for most startups
What do you like best about the product?
simple to use intuitive, low to zero cost, does most of what you need out of the box, and can be extended easily enough
What do you dislike about the product?
none of its features are best of breed, so if there is something that is really important to your business you should selectively buy a specialist tool as this is well-rounded but basic in all categories e.g. the website visitor tracking tool is not as a good or accurate as leadfeeder, the email open tracking tool is not as good as other ones I´ve used. The out fo the box forecasting was pretty useless for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to deploy, cheap, easy to use. The major issue I´ve found is that the CRM tries to be toom such too soon and so fails to be what it must be: an up to date repository of activities taken: because it is so easy to use and set up, time to value is rapid, and people use it as it is not a hassle todo so.
The most user-friendly CRM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several CRM solutions during my career, and I find HubSpot's CRM to be the most user-friendly in terms of setup, customization, and everyday use. I love the ability to easily filter contacts using any of the contact properties, creating custom lists for my own purposes, and the ability to add custom properties that allow me to make the CRM work for me and my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot doesn't currently integrate with Hive, our project management tool, and I end up having to use Zapier to automate some of the processes that I would like to do natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we also use HubSpot's Sales and Marketing products and the seamless integration with the CRM allows us to create and track deals and launch full-scale inbound marketing campaigns to anyone in our CRM. Prior to using it, we had a combination of disparate tools we were using, and once we switched, it made it much easier to do some of the things we were doing.

There is no email finder to find emails. Other than that I love it!

I am keeping all contacts, keeping track of deals, emails, marketing.
