Helps Streamline Most of our Processes

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for providing us with the data needed to engage with our clients and prospects. We use Hubspot within marketing and sales and it has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of work and expertise to manage it. We have a dedicated person that does a lot of the heavy lifting but a lot of organizations that we connect with within our network has switched to Marketo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get great data and analytics on who has been on our website and we have the ability to email them from the CRM and track emails as well. We recently enabled the chat functionality which has been great so now we can chat with potential clients on our website via Hubspot and the data is stored in the CRM and we are able to pull reports from it,

What do you like best about the product?
simple to use intuitive, low to zero cost, does most of what you need out of the box, and can be extended easily enough
What do you dislike about the product?
none of its features are best of breed, so if there is something that is really important to your business you should selectively buy a specialist tool as this is well-rounded but basic in all categories e.g. the website visitor tracking tool is not as a good or accurate as leadfeeder, the email open tracking tool is not as good as other ones I´ve used. The out fo the box forecasting was pretty useless for our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to deploy, cheap, easy to use. The major issue I´ve found is that the CRM tries to be toom such too soon and so fails to be what it must be: an up to date repository of activities taken: because it is so easy to use and set up, time to value is rapid, and people use it as it is not a hassle todo so.

The most user-friendly CRM out there!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several CRM solutions during my career, and I find HubSpot's CRM to be the most user-friendly in terms of setup, customization, and everyday use. I love the ability to easily filter contacts using any of the contact properties, creating custom lists for my own purposes, and the ability to add custom properties that allow me to make the CRM work for me and my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot doesn't currently integrate with Hive, our project management tool, and I end up having to use Zapier to automate some of the processes that I would like to do natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we also use HubSpot's Sales and Marketing products and the seamless integration with the CRM allows us to create and track deals and launch full-scale inbound marketing campaigns to anyone in our CRM. Prior to using it, we had a combination of disparate tools we were using, and once we switched, it made it much easier to do some of the things we were doing.

There is no email finder to find emails. Other than that I love it!

The best CRM to work with!

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows marketing, services and sales teams, work in a plataform where the usability is very easy to learn. Reports qualito, automation options, and more, are framework to approach. Yo can integrate several 3th add-ons (some free, some paid), such as search console, zoom, zapier, etc.

In this software you can track all digital activities where the contact interact with. Allow your team register each activity in one tool and instead avoid manual quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
A native WhatsApp integration, a better inbox chat manager. Perhaps it would be great update their mobile app.

Maybe several litte companies doesn't have a CRM into their principal needs, so, when a new user analice price, they don't seem so sure to adquiere (they don't understand what do the have to paid monthly) and, when the iniciate with a starter edition, the jump into the next level is hard to asumme when they are not clearly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intregate forms into websites, emailing automation, API's conections, chatbot building. I have made migration from others CRM's into Hubspot (included activities, tasks, notes, contacts and deals).

Also I have builded landing pages (from the same tool), blog postings, Facebook and LinkedIn integration (you can see how are this channels are working in a specific module)

Great CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked everything about Hubspot but I think my favoite thing is how user friendly it is. It didn't take me long to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked is it didn't seem to automatically create leads and add their emails to them if someone was talking to me through chat and not email. I would have to manually go in and create a lead and add their email to email them if I needed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many problems from helping my clients to have a easier and better CRM platform and it also has the handy features of free classes that has taught me a lot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do it! Not only is it very user friendly but you can watch videos and learn everything about it from Hubspot. They literally give you the tools to do anything you need!

HubSpot - it's Far more than CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is more than just CRM it's a great platform that aligns marketing, sales and customer success teams. From a sales perspective it's native website visitor tracking, lead notifications help deliver leads to the desktop/inbox of my sales team. The lead staging (MQL-SQL-Opps) makes it super easy to manage the funnel above the sales team and collaborate with marketing to drive those active engaged leads to sale. This is the first CRM I have used that helps sales people achieve results by adding insight into their contacts and reduces admin and repetitive tasks. As a sales manager the deal collaboration, playbooks, call recording and transcripts is second to none. This allows me to help my sales team succeed! Gone are the days of inaccurate forecasts because we are all working together from the same information with the same methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past (Pre-covid) I was often on an airplane and would like the ipad/iphone app to be capable of storing contact/company and deal info offline. Currently this is not an issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility of top of the funnel leads marketing are engaging.
Better alignment of sales and marketing
Better Lead Flow from marketing to sales
Easier CRM usage for the sales team
Reduced admin due to workflows
Better reporting on dashboards
Better sales enablement with O365/Gmail email open and click tracking
Sales are developing more leads themselves using email sequences and document tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is pretty easy to jump into and understand. It's not quite as overwhelming as other CRM tools are when you initially start. It has a clean look and is user friendly. It is easy to navigate and everything is where you expect it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I have paired Hubspot with Salesforce I believe Salesforce has a better range in reporting abilities. However take that with a grain of salt because that could be because I am more familiar with Salesforce reporting than I am with Hubspot's reporting tools. It is unfortunate that so many of their best tools to pair with the CRM (marketing, sales, automations, etc.) are all additional features that you have to pay for, so costs can add up quickly if you're wanting to capitalize on all of Hubspot's tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management from marketing all the way through the sales process. It has helped us track our pipeline and we can easily see the numbers we are looking for. It is great that we also have the ability to pair with the Hubspot Marketing and Sales tools that directly match up with the CRM abilities. The list building feature is easy to understand and quick to use. The activity feed is nice because you can track emails and recent activity from those in your CRM to get a glimpse on the engagement from. your leads. It's also great that the CRM itself can start out as free if you're looking for a cheap and simple solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate your team. If your team doesn't have a good understanding of CRM usage, this could be a good tool for you. On the other hand, evaluate your needs and notice that the costs do rack up pretty quickly if you're wanting all the features that Hubspot has to offer.

Easy and Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add companies, contacts and deals into the CRM. Adding email and call notes is a convenient way to keep track of where you are in the sales process with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sort of a blessing and a curse with how many different tools there is to use, figuring out what works best for you can be overwhelming, but it is a good problem to have I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining our sales process, being able to track deals through the pipeline and get analytics on our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a small business and Hubspot is geared mainly towards small - medium sized businesses. It is very easy to use and best of all, the CRM is free! You can choose which add ons to pay for depending on what works best for your business. Personally I like how easy it is to add companies, contacts and deals into the CRM. Adding email and call notes is a great way to keep track of where you are in the sales process. Their customer service is fantastic and very responsive whenever I have questions, etc. It also has outstanding email integration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting features could be a little easier to use and less clunky. Pricing for the service can definitely add up if you choose to add any of the premium features. It's also not very mobile as the app is not very good. Sometimes I would want the ability to not have to bring my laptop everywhere to be able to access contacts, etc but unfortunately at this point, that is not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for tracking notes on client calls and emails, as well as sales deals and forecasting. We use it mainly for the CRM functionality with keeping client information, tracking deals and setting tasks for follow ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is definitely worth checking out as it meets all of our small business needs and then some!
