Awesome CRM, search needs more work
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is solid regarding what it is made to do. Easy to navigate, easy to utilize, easy to track what is needed to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search field is often difficult to navigate. Sometimes typing in a majority of a deal name will not locate the deal and can return tons of different contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports, deal tracking, outreach, sequences, it is very strong for our needs!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure this is the correct tool for your business. It is fantastic for deal tracking, app integrations, task reminders, reporting, and employee KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy for our team to track share and automate outreach and contact management. It's intuitive enough that novices can start working with it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be hidden. Hubspot should automatically integrate with LinkedIn so that you can see a contact's profile on their HubSpot page. Smaller orgs need some of the features available at higher pricing tiers but can't justify it due to lower lead volume. Help and tutorials should be more contextual from within HubSpot itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation. Contact management and outreach. Allows us to think at a higher level about our work. We can work more efficiently and hot have to spend as much time trying to figure out how to do something.

There is very little to dislike in this feature-rich free-forever CRM solution! We look forward to seeing additional feature enhancements in the mobile app.

1. Keeping track of our contacts: customers, leads and suspects - especially in these pandemic times when business activity has reduced significantly

If you are a small or medium business that needs to manage its sales and contact management processes in a systematic manner with an easy to deploy and use platform, there is no other solution to look at. Plus it is 100% free.

The use of workflows, sequences and overall data integrity has proved to be a crucial component to the ongoing successes within our company
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor flaws lay are primarily based around deleting contacts/deals/companies - this cannot be performed at once, rather each component must be completed manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems surrounding unqualified leads are solved through the HubSpot CRM via the data that it can pull down.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the products - my favorite product is the sequence tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jump from the starter to the professional license. I also need the ability to upload in mass and don't have that feature. My company is still setting up our account though. It's a lot of understand how to use it as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to email + track our correspondence with our clients. LOVE that it connects to your email as well. We will be tracking all clients and client messaging within the platform - easy for anyone to look back at client notes which is helpful if someone was to leave or we are working cross-team

Talk to a sales agent and get trained - it makes the interface a lot easier to use!
Excellent value CRM software with an easy to use User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Very fluid user interface. Easy to find features in the system. Uploading in exiting data through spreadsheets is also seamless. Their pricing model (free) for startups is very appreciated - you can take advantage of a number of features without any financial investment. Their email template builder is very rich and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything technically negative about their product. For a small startup using their services it would be nice if they had lower price points where you could customize the features you get. For example removing branding from emails for a specific fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent email marketing and tracking of recipients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have other business software, take a look at their API capabilities. We integrate our internal processes with their API to streamline customers / contact information.

The analytics for emails and campaigns sent out.

It is difficult to follow through the threads and attachments of conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to determine where are processes are clear or cloudy.
Clean interface, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubpsot has a very clean, easy to read look about it. Organizing client information and task-work is a breeze. I have all of the needed capabilities for providing quality service in one "hub" lol. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notifications. I suppose I could try harder and modifying the notification schedule, but still, I feel there are a lot of unnecessary emails. If I assigned myself to a task, I don't necessarily need an email stating that I've been assigned to a task. I feel that's more of a requirement if/when someone else assigns me to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily organization of work. HubSpot reminders are especially helpful when you're managing a large client base and forget about a small, but crucial task that needs to be completed.

HubSpot CRM is great for organizing daily activities while managing a large client base.
It is a useful tool through which you can track all of your sales leads

The tasks section in order to remind me when to reach potential leads

Sometimes when I import a. new contact list I cannot understand if one of my colleagues has spoken to the same company recently

I say time for finding potential leads and track my activities
