Good out of the box solution for mid market companies need some fast marketing solultion

Fast integration. Quite good in depth functionality

Hard to customize in depth. IF you really need a marketing solution for enterprise, you'll need a much more in depth solution

Getting marketing leads directly into the nurture flow, and monitor them all the time

What do you like best about the product?
Everytime I reach out to their customer service, I can always get an immediate answer. They also provide other resources from their site to help answer any other questions I may have. HubSpot Academy is great also, great place to learn almost anything. Looking forward to leveraging all of their content in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only true complaint I have, is that their lead capture is a set form. If Hubspot were to allow for custom fields within their mobile app, that would be incredible. Trade Show data would be so much more manageable if it were to go directly into HubSpot rather than using an integrated app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Workflows, Landing Pages, Lead Capture, Contact data are all managed in one place and it's very easy to set up. If I couldn't figure it out on my own, I was able to go through their customer service who would be able to give me an answer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford the Enterprise, go for it. Consulting is also an incredible tool, glad I have access to that team.

Easy to use CRM with all the basic features. I like that it has Clearbit and HelloSign natively integrated.

Some essential features are missing, such as currencies for custom fields, as well as account level lifecycle reporting

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Hub Spot CRM from since two years and it has shown a way to manage our sales and to chalk out a best plan to whom we should approach and which client is giving us more revenue on that basis we offer more good products to that client. Also you are no more into putting the data manually in the excel sheet, was very much time consuming for us and searching the right clients information was a hectic task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes difficult to manage each client’s data when you put in a lot of data. Also it lacks integrity with other CRM tools. Moreover it is working fantastically and giving efficient performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have created section in this software and no more we have to put same client’s data again and again when it comes to quote generation. Also it has directed us to manage our orders and keeps us update by providing the relevant information about certain project, which could be tracked back, thus bringing us closer towards our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good tool for small industrial setups and it will help you to lead your team with relevant piece of information. You never have to worry about reporting or to manually update them. It will simultaneously help your sales and marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
The main highlight of Hubspot is ease of deployment, without the need for consultancy or IT or major initial stresses, almost plug and play, which in large software is almost impossible. The mobile app has a great interface and is very functional, in addition to the usual for CRM apps. The interface is great and functional, in addition to the range of functionalities, there is no need for other software. Especially in the improved versions, there is practically nothing you cannot do. In addition to having a free version, depending on the functions in your company, it includes all the possibilities. Great for simple pipeline control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing in the paid version sometimes has inconsistencies, sometimes making the price of the software a little unviable, without many changes in added value. Another issue is the control of duplicates, which is somewhat manual, contrasting with the quality of the software. Does not accept audio.

Basically it is knowledge management, pipeline efficiency data and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of implementing the whole sales process on one platform. This includes all the support for marketing, service and salespeople.
As a salesperson, I can have a clear view of my Prospects and I can easily follow up with the task and the reminders.
Everything is organized in queues and you can automate part of the process with templates, playbook and the email sequences.
With these tools, I am able to handle thousands of people.

I dislike to many information going through when task passes the date and you have many people those tasks can become overwhelming.
There is also no notification that would remind you for the more important task, the ones that are high by priority.

Have all the prospects in one place with all the info about them from marketing sources.

If you want to put your business online and have a great overview of your business over multiple departments Hubspot is the way to go.
Hubspot is simply the best tool for sales prospecting and demand generation
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost what don't I like. Everything is well laid out. It's very simple to use. It integrates to LinkedIn and ZoomInfo so you have most of what you need to find leads and prospect. They're constantly improving it and adding new features which are included with the basic free license. I recommend the Sales Starter which is only $50/month and gives you most of the features you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to be able change a contacts associated company from one to another. You have to go through a bunch of clicks to do that. Also I'd like for flexibility in how you can add or change a contact's email address. I'd like more options in how you organize your tasks and have a little more automation in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development professional, my role in the company is to find new leads. Most of my efforts are focused on outbound - emailing and calling. Hubspot makes this process very easy as long as you have the integration to LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start out with the free version and try importing some leads. Start sending emails and try the call application. It's pretty easy to set up.
Great product - use it all day everyday
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the CRM is key for me. I also love the metrics I can pull from the product. It allows me to see at a quick glance how we are doing on the month and what key accounts need to be followed upon. I like that I can personally create my own dashboard to me metrics that I may be more interested in vs someone else on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings are hard to find and are buried deep in my account section of the platform. I also find that when I place a note within a deal and then an email is sent to the person tagged the note shows up on the company rather than the deal. This adds another step and sometimes requires the person tagged to go find the deal that the note was left on. Being an agency we may have multiple deals on a company and this method requires the person tagged to go find the note on that particular deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking!!! I can see what is happening in real-time with our accounts. We use the follow-up feature immensely to keep tasks organized. Once fully implemented and using the CRM daily has changed our sales process and allows for greater data to make better-educated decisions. We use the goal and quota feature heavily to see how our sales team is doing and are we on track.

Evaluate the product, makes sure it fits your use case and explore the product deeply. The platform is powerful and allows you to do lots.

Hubspot CRM is positively used for devising and implementing the plans that are needed for sponsorship gathering and step wise walk towards the aim of getting higher position in career and success. The automated scoring of required and standard leads can be done and engaging with the present and future outcomes can also be observed and corrected accordingly. It channels the actual content and reduces gap between worker and dealer. The responses regarding deal breaks and future partnerships can also be taken and categorical illustration of customers with agencies can be maintained. The better forecasts regarding the chart of upcoming craze can also be hypothesized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points that makes it tiring and misleading are that it consumes a lot of time during photo pasting and sharing. The product index needs to be displayed for better understanding for audience and interested fellows. It does not offer organization of assets and expenses which are the part of business sides and are the important thing in it.

Hubspot CRM is considered fine and better programming application for increasing the figures of companies interest and support. It is constantly changing with time and leading towards the right choice for next developing traders and investors. If a person is thousand miles apart, he can still get in touch with his office and know about the next deals and projects.

I can suggest hubspot CRM for evolving enterprises and firms. Hubspot CRM is required for those traders with advancing and promoting abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a good amount of user configuration capabilities built in for marketing and even sales workflows. The user interface is user friendly and they roll out updates for 'beta' dashboards on a good basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in the business of supporting the public sector in public safety. The system is geared more towards B2B in its default state. For example, when a contact is captured through a marketing effort, the domain of the user's email address is searched and the system applies the municipality name instead of the agency to the contact. For B2B, this is probably a great feature but requires a minor "company" name change manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the insights we need from the visitor traffic as well as marketing initiatives now funnel directly into the platform. A great time saver.
