Best of the bunch, but not the final deal… yet
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, with a good Ux, the freemium one is good for a small team.
I like the integration with crm, making internal flow nice and easy.
And the automation and template features make it easier to get more done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly worried about the price increases as we scale. And in the past I’ve used SalesForce where there are very good workflows which show the price value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets rid of manual tasks and helps organise the pipeline and aids senior management reporting massively.

One of the most challenging aspects of Sales Hub is how key features that directly impact an AE's efficiency are gated behind the more expensive "Professional" or "Enterprise" tiers. We want more!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM is that it’s easy to use, with a clean interface and a generous free version to get started. It brings sales, marketing, and service tools together in one platform, making it simple to track customer interactions and manage pipelines. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with tools like Gmail, Outlook, and Slack while offering useful automation and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest dislike with HubSpot CRM is that the advanced features get expensive quickly as your business grows. Some users also find that customization is limited compared to more complex CRMs. Lastly, reporting and automation in the free/entry plans are basic, which may require upgrading sooner than expected.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered customer interactions by keeping all emails, calls, and notes in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks. It also addresses manual follow-ups with automation and email tracking, helping sales teams prioritize leads and act at the right time. This benefits businesses by shortening sales cycles, improving productivity, and giving clearer visibility into pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Absolute game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I use sales hub every single day, the deal pipeline being able to have a connect directly with me efficiencies. The sales team is able to move quickly to open deals, create proposals through commerce hub, and even sign online.
What do you dislike about the product?
No nothing really other than there are a lot of enhancements that continue to roll out so at times it is hard to keep up with all of the new changes.

Hubspot sales hub is helping us forecast, closed new deals.

Ease of Use & Adoption. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easier for sales teams to onboard quickly without heavy training.
Compared to more complex CRMs, adoption rates are often higher because reps actually want to use it.

Complexity & Learning Curve. Although user-friendly in design, HubSpot’s extensive feature set can overwhelm new users, with a steep learning curve when diving into deeper functionalities

The Sales Hub contains all of the tools our team needs to have successful customer interactions and to help us develop our pipeline.

I would like to see additional options for integrations with our ERP system.

It’s helping us develop leads and turn them into customers. It’s also helping us better interact with customers, improving retention.

As someone who helps teams implement sales hub, i love that it allows sales teams to seamlessly work together, track important data, and gives easy visibility to management. There are too many benefits to list!

I do not dislike much abour sales hub. I do think the sales workspace could use some updates according to the teams ive worked with.

Sales hub is solving the problem of not knowing what part in the process deals are, making sure leads dont get stalled and gives accurate reporting
