Best CRM tool to use

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpot CRM is the sequencing of the email along with the customization of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to dislike about HubSpot CRM software is the pricing of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of email marketing using hubspot.

Hubspot for smaller team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is fairly easy to navigate. The drop downs are organized in a way that makes a lot of sense and it is easy to get started, especially as a first time user. I am also very impressed by how thorough the support is- there is a lot of information available online via support channels and forums to get any questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the overall look of hubspot, to me it lacks a professional touch. But once getting beyond this, you find that it is a great tool. In the past I have only used salesforce, which I was very bias towards when first starting out. But, for our small team, hubspot is the perfect fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved issues with having a single platform to store all our information. Prior to Hubspot, we used a much smaller CRM that couldnt hold the amount of information and the variety of information that our different teams needed to collaborate effectively.

Take advantage of resources available online for support!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence building is extremely effective, and the ability to track and integrate emails through Gmail is a game changer. Getting notifications that I may have missed a callback or a reminder that it's been multiple days since my last connection with a client is massive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit cluttered at times but that can also be a bit of my own fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant communication and effectiveness of sequences with raw data to reflect whether it works or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Update the mobile App for an easier view of contacts and their times of receiving.

a Great Tool for Prospecting Clients!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, email tracking (shows whether the contact opened the email or clicked the link you shared with them),
You can download a hubspot sales extension for chrome to show you whether contacts opened your email from their phone or their computer, which is pretty cool.
Great for creating tasks and sequences.
Helps keep your work neat and organized.
Can export contacts from zoominfo, assign them to you and update their statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to enroll contacts individually, instead in bulk. Also, if you have lets say 500 contacts, and half of them were enrolled in a sequence that has ended, and you'd like to enroll the other half in the same sequence- there's no way to know who previously was enrolled and who hasn't been yet. Unless you enter each contact individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating tasks and sequences help track what needs to be done. Also, knowing whether people opened the email you sent solves a big problem.
You can create a link for meetings and events. File sharing within the company is beneficial. It helps you organize prospects- every contact will include a report of emails sent, notes after a phone call, whether they opened the email through phone or computer- that's very helpful!

Get it! It will help you a lot and keep your work organized, neat and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Lists and sequences help automate sending targeted emails according to your preferred time. Workflows helps in automating processes as well as, if any change has to be made in the data stored in the CRM in bulk. Logging a call is a good feature where you can enter the outcome then and there itself. Tracking an email along with the time stamp at which it has been opened is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed is a bit slow. User should be able to use date as a number in calculations and in workflows . for e.g. Difference between two dates should give you number of days. This will help in automating things further.
Navigation between a contacts, deals and companies is a bit lengthy process for eg. when we click the preview button on one of the contacts,a right sidebar opens up and if we go to the preview of a deal from there, a back button should be able to take us back to the preview of the contact, thus reducing the number of clicks.I think HubSpot can do a little better in reducing the number of clicks in the navigation part.

A good tool. almost all the things you need for a CRM. saves time and useful in automation. can be completely customised.eg. pipeline, products. Specially liked the meetings feature of HubSpot.
HubSpot is a good tool for an organisation whose business is still growing. But cant be sure if it is best for a very large organisation having a huge client base because the speed is a bit slow. Rest all is good.

What do you like best about the product?
Very complete in Marketing functions, it helps to analyse all types of channel
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs or limitations on Close Date filter when you are a cross country company, you cannot see all the deals set to close in a period of time due to this timezone differences. HubSpot cannot get the data correspondingly. We have to manually change all the close date to at least a day before the end of the month or the quarter. Besides, in the filter section, it would be better to have more options for close dates "next 30 days" etc, not only "Last 30 days"

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the system - Everything is easy to find and use in a way that makes complex marketing easy to design and setup. Being able to manage a whole marketing campaign in one system is also a huge time save, allowing the same assets to be used across emails, social messages, landing pages and more.
Reporting - It's also easy to check on the progress of a campaign, either in real time or after the end date using the reporting tools. Attribution is rock solid and always seems to track correctly.
Workflows - Workflows are what really sets Hubspot apart, being able to automate complex nurture journeys, selecting relevant content for leads based on activity is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing and editing page templates can be quite tricky however, this isn't something you need to use. Understanding how the design manager works can be a learning curve and isn't always as intuitive as the rest of the CRM. Working with HubL code can be a challenge however, I believe this is being phased out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fully automate our initial sales and lead qualification process, giving our sales team more time to focus on prospects that are genuinely interested in our services.
One unexpected benefit was having the ability to clone existing content, meaning emails have a consistent feel and style without needing to be recreated every single month.
The free certifications and training provided by Hubspot Academy are also a fantastic resource! Learning how to use the Hubspot CRM is simple and fun - Plus you get a certification that can be used on LinkedIn at the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a clear plan for your Marketing and Sales process ahead of setting everything up. It's easier to consider these things before hand rather than try and change how things are organised / worked later!

great software for sales

What do you like best about the product?
i like the deals pipeline because I can see who was closed lost and hit them up to see why they didnt buy. the email opens is also nice because I can tell who is actually interested, and who I'm wasting my time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes "new" people are assigned to me when they were created in 2014, I get assigned new people who are my coworkers old leads even if they just called them today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when people fall off, but are still clicking emails, I can hit them up.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly!! Like that everything is linked together well. The contact company and deal all together is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the incomplete integration steps provided however the help desk staff was aware and able to assist. I would like to be able to add a contact to more than one company. If I add a contact to a company and they were already associated with another company there is no notification, i will have no idea the contact has left the previous company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better track the employees time as they can call from Hubspot. The ability to record calls is very helpful.
