Manage your leads and outreach more effectively with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of HubSpot and how easy it is to access important information about your leads in one central area. HubSpot makes it easy to reach many leads at once and allows you to really customize your outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides right now, but I do wish that it was easier to see which leads and companies are already current customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is definitely a time saver for me and my company, and it allows us to share important information quickly and effectively with one another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a very easy to use and intuitive CRM. It has helped my company target more leads thoughtfully and effectively.
Great technical support. Learn a lot from the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty new user, but getting better all the time.

Hitting all the high scoring prospects is critical.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool that has helped us in automation. I highly recommend it for those who need to automate their processes and to the ones who doesn't need to. This tool will simplify your work.

Very easy to use. Indispensable tool for managing prospects and for outbound sequences.

Easy to use and easy to navigate - productive technology for lay salespeople in tech.

Wish that we could order our tasks a little differently.

I haven't experienced problems other than site going down sometimes. Benefits are the custom tasks.
Hubspot makes sales so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub saves me a ton of time. The sequence features in particular make it possible for me to contact large numbers of customers every day with personalized messages. Saving so much time on admin gives me time back in my day to actually do the best part of sales- selling!

I wish we could use sequences to contact customers as part of workflows.

I can spend less time on admin and more time selling.
HubSpot is great most of the time, but often I find it crashing on me.

Sequences are great way to connect with mixed media and save time.

I have found HubSpot not able to connect my calls on multiple occasions.

Using the sequence helps with timing and number of contacts to each of my prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sequences. Setting up automated follow ups has been game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a little bit slow to upload all of the information that you need about a contact, company and deal but ultimately worth it to stay organzied

Keeping all of our contacts organized and being able to pull the right ones for email campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see the information about accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each contact HAS to have an email, sometimes all you have is a phone number. There are lots of duplicate accounts, and you cannot get credit for multiple phone calls in one click, you have to log each phone call individually for it to show in the reports tab as the correct ammount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it links my emails to hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like all of prospecting companies and their information to be in HubSpot, we have to go through another vendor and manually create call sheets, it is such a pain to not have that function in HubSpot.

I would like to see upgrades to the reporting tools to get more detailed data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact and company management: Contact/business info (i.e. POC's, phone numbers, email addresses, notes and follow up tasks). This helps me to remain highly organized throughout the day.
